Impressive Customer Service
I have been subscribing to Project Harmless for a long time now and when I occasionally almost run out of bags by mis -timing when I need my order, they always react immediately to a request to speed up my delivery. Impressive customer focus !

Thinner but better?
Love the concept and have buying poo bags for quite a while now. The latest batch were thinner but this is a good thing if better for the environment. The soap is great!!

Excellent!
Have had both the poo bags and hand cream & lip balm and all have been good. I particularly like the hand cream - nicely scented and moisturising. Easy website to use, good communication and well packaged products - will order again!

Great Soap
Whilst it is not always possible to buy ethically produced and sustainable products, I am keen to do so where I can. The soap from Project Harmless not only meets this criteria but has also far outweighed my expectations. When opening the deliberately limited packaging, the first thing that hits you is the amazing smell. It is wonderful. On its first use the soap lathers up quite quickly and releases more of the scent. It is clear that it is made from natural ingredients and unlike more commercial soap, it did not feel waxy or overpowering with froth.There was a hint of grainy scrub in the soap which helped cleaning but gentle enough to use on my face. Post shower, I felt "squeaky clean" with it a residual aroma for the rest of the day. A great product and would use again. 5 stars.
