Quick shipping and excellent customer service.
I ordered an NRG steering wheel and quick release hub for my 03 Mitsubishi eclipse and the customer service was above and beyond knowing that i was missing something they emailed me right away so i can get the correct parts that i needed. Also the shipping was fast and on time.

After reading the notes we had about this situation, it appears you placed a fairly large order and wanted to ship to a totally different address than your billing address. While this is usually fine, on some orders our security system requires us to verify additional details or ship to the billing address for your first order. I'm sorry that you did not like the options we presented you, and I also apologize if any of our team members mis-gendered you (I talked to the one who I think did and it seems to have been an honest mistake). Your order was fully refunded and cancelled out.

Very Professional and Helpful and Quick With The Service
Bought a TPS sensor for a 2002 Acura TL and took about a day for them to process but then only 2 days to ship AND it arrived earlier than predicted that day. They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with shopping with you guys and will likely be ordering from you guys again! Quick, easy and professional!

Per what your emails show, the parts did have some damages and the manufacturer is able to send replacements which we are working on with you to get done. However, we do not see any mentioned regarding any fitment issues. Per your last messages, the current parts were mounted and only 1 of them had damages. I will say that the Carbon Fiber…
I will say that the Carbon Fiber License plate holder are well built. But the two reason I didn't give an five star is because one of the washers that it comes qith wasn't the same size as the other one, and the price of the product is a bit steep.

The boxes were open and some hardware isnt in the box while sum individual coilover box in my package was opened , ride quality unknown

All packages are properly packed and sealed from the manufacturer and we can assure they are shipped in new condition. However, since some drivers take less care with packages, we always put insurance on all of our packages. I am unsure if you contact our customer service department, but I highly recommend to do so. As mentioned, we put insurance on our packages and you would be fully covered for any damages, lost parts, or missing packages. Simply email us and we'll be happy to help. The shipment was insane
The shipment was insane . It came the day after I order the item . At least one .
I didn't know it was going to come this FAST .
I was sending them emails . And they didn't reply back. They do take long to RESPOND !
