Do not buy goods from ProHunt

I ordered a Delta rifle scope from ProHunt. The scope disappeared in shipping, only the packaging made it to my postoffice. The shipper is responsible for getting the goods to the buyer by law, but the CEO of ProHunt refused to refund me or ship me a new scope.
Very bad customer service.

Stay away! Book elsewhere!

I do not recommend booking with ProHunt.
Booked a weekend of geese hunting with a friend.
Overall disappointed.
There were many Geese and ducks flying around. So, we saw many.
But the organisation and set up of the actual hunt was weigh too unstructured -almost improvised!
Guides were friendly, but could have been better prepared, ie showing up timely(!) at the meeting point (they took it all quite easy…), knowing where geese would be resting and thus hunting is worthwhile (a little scouting in advance would have helped, should have been easily doable as well as to be expected given what is charged for this hunt), structured and planfull positioning/ distribution of the hunters, having some simple stands prepared in the reeds, and leaving the overall impression of having a plan -which they had not.
Upon arrival we were told w would hunt at the river in the mornings and evenings whilst hunting over decoys at cropped corn fields at noon. The latter never happened and was even denied by the guides.
Further, there was no gutting/ cleaning service for the harvested birds available as it was confirmed in advance by ProHunt. Guides didn’t wanted to help with processing the birds either even when offered money.
Accommodation was very, very simple and certainly not the standard as pics online suggested. Building and interior were in poor shape and untidy. Owners/ staff appeared unkempt.
Maybe ok for a weekend, but considering we were charged for accommodation alone more than € 100,- per night was leaving the impression it is all about profit for ProHunt and local staff (guides, hotel) fobbed off.
Further, Hotel staff was „mediocre friendly“ and was not service/ customer oriented at all. Tone and voice were snippy and far from hospitable. Meals were very small overly simple and really not what the otherwise excellent, hearty Polish cuisine has to offer. Meals were prepared and served half-heartedly. When asked for a second helping, hotel staff pretended not to understand -even when we used translator apps…! They did not display the hospitality the Polish are known for and that we experienced before elsewhere.
The organisers were not available over the hunting period and showed up only at day 1 to receive cash payment.
We spent weigh too much money for what we received.
Book elsewhere!

Update:
At the day of departure, the owner of the hotel wanted us to leave earlier than check-out and tried to withhold breakfast. We had to remind her that our booking was all inclusive and over he past three days we were only served two meals instead of three per day. At farewell, the owner of the hotel demanded all guests to to pay extra for the three beers each one of us had over he three days, even though we had booked „all-inclusive“ -ie including even alcoholic beverages. The CEO of ProHunt who was present to give other clients a lift to the airport, liaised with the hotel owner and started to argue with me that my review was undue and out of frustration because my shooting performance would have been so poor. He blamed me for venting and denied any of the issues I and the other guests have brought to his attention at tha moment as well as via leaving messages on his mailbox some days before.
I regret that I can only echo he negative feedback that I have meanwhile found about the geese hunt ProHunt offers.
