Progressive leasing is a great option for those of us who either don’t have the credit to finance with the merchant or a credit card to use for that amount. It allows you to purchase items that otherwise might be a little too expensive initially and the early purchase option is a great way to get the item for that cost without paying Exorbitant finance charges. I would definitely recommend it.

They made it very easy to complete the application and it only took minutes to be approved

Yall let me get approve I was in the store to pay my initial payment and yall wouldn’t let the payment go through and yall closed my account that sucks.

I’ve been a Progressive Leasing customer for many years. I was happy to find that the store I was purchasing from used Progressive Leasing.
I filled out the form online, got approved and went shopping.
Checkout was a breeze. Everything was sent to my phone and I was done.
I highly recommend Progressive. 10 out of 10.

Experience & the representative was great. What is not great is apparently management. Was told that I would get a call back in an hour from management, wait all day on November 22 2025 for "management" to call me back as I was told by the representative on the phone, this was the 3rd time calling in & the issue is still not resolved, everytime I call in they say yup your loan is paid off you own the property, howevere the loan is still open & still trying to deduct money from my account. If this continues I will have my bank put a stop payment on everything from this company as I own the property & the loan needs to be closed out, i have all the paperwork, emails, & all 3 calls recorded myself that proves I own the property. This loan needs to be CLOSED!

Easy to go through the process on purchasing and also the flexibility on how to manage your options for payments.

Very easy to use easy process had questions customer service was very helpful this is ny third time using progressive I am single mother and the payment leasing allows me to get what I need now instead of having to save for it my dryer went out and I was able to get a new one in two days

Progressive Leasing made it very easy to secure the product I wanted without paying a major cost upfront. Through setting up reasonable monthly payments for it, I was able to have the peace of mind knowing that I could have my product shipped to me right away and make payments on it that I could afford their 90-day option. I would definitely recommend them to anyone one I know.

Their customer service has always treated me in a professional manner and answering questions I may have had at the moment. They've also help me set up my 3 month payoff when I knew I could accomplish it in a short period of time. I will be using their services again because they do make it easy to purchase items you may be interested in or need immediately. As long as you meet your payment schedule, they are always willing to help.
