Terrible!

Terrible!

Moved out of a rental apartment, and had profren.dk do the cleaning pre inspection.

Floors were clean, but nothing else. Exhaust above stove wasn’t cleaned. Dishwasher wasn’t cleaned. Surfaces higher up than 1,6 meters weren’t cleaned. Oven wasn’t cleaned at all.

Complained about it and was met with “don’t expect things to be clean as new”.

Had to use five hours extra to rectify the missing bits. Everything is clean now.

Invoice was 2.695,00 kr and only got 750,00 kr back for the lack of service. After several complaints.
