Like many others, I have not had a very good experience with this prop firm. They do not communicate and send out vague emails playing themselves as the victim while not addressing people's concerns. I have 3 accounts that I slowly traded for over a month to build up to the threshold to request a payout in each. I requested $2300 in each account, so $6900 total. I requested these payouts nearly 2 weeks ago and they have not even reviewed them yet. They take several days to respond to support tickets asking questions and the response is always a generic "we do not have an answer for that." Meanwhile, they still send out emails with promo sales expecting people to keep buying accounts with them for some reason. Save your money and do not deal with this firm. They may have started with good intentions, but their ego and lack of communication squarely put them in the same category as FTT. Also, they are constantly changing their rules and try to act like the rules have been what they changed it to all along assuming no one reads the terms of service. Here is a hint, if you have to state "this is not a new rule" in the terms of service, it most certainly is and you are trying to pull a fast one.

Edit: Right after I posted this review, I saw that their website is unavailable now and says "coming soon", seems like the inevitable has happened.

No payout !
If they dont fixe this problem thats mean its a scam , you can know if the probfirm is legit or not from their payout system it should not be a problem in this shit we are paying and passing all that shit just for receiving our profits and its not the case

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. A scam. Super late data feed, no refunds, lies and changes its rules that are not clear, a shady company. Stay away from it. The data feed is horrible and makes you stop or lose your account. It says you did things that you did not do. Worst of the worst companies. I want my money back. It's a scam.

Ticktick spin off. No support at all. I never got an answer for a ticket. New tradingview platform. It does not work. Orders are not shown in chart.

They are a new company and are providing service through dxfeed data provider which is good. They have paid me several times since they launched the company. Their customer support is very professional and answers tickets fast enough. They are a good company and I recommend them 👍🏼

retroactive rule changes RED FLag

They declined my payout and closed my account they stated for hedging activity, but clearly do not know what hedging activity actually is.
This after 4-5 days after the payout request last week.
Beyond unprofessional after weeks of waiting and working with their buggy platform and website. Disgusted.

has anyone received a payout from them ? Supposedly they're a spin off of TickTick.
Have been with them for a while. Submitted for a payout last week, Account is frozen until they approve it, so it's been a few days, plus a weekend. Seems unprofessional in that regard. I'm disappointed.

SCAM

I do not recommend this company at all, their drawdown rules are terrible, it is practically impossible to make a withdrawal and they close your accounts for strange reasons, not at all recommended, it is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with, I do not recommend it at all, you will lose your money here, by the way, record the screen of all the operations you do because it is the only thing that can save you in a claim, otherwise they wash their hands

No recomiendo para nada esta empresa, sus reglas de drawdown son nefastas, es prácticamente imposible conseguir llegar a hacer un retiro y te cierran cuentas por cosas extrañas, nada recomendable, es de las peores compañías con las que he podido trabajar, no la recomiendo para nada, aquí perderás tu dinero, por cierto graba pantalla de todas la operativas que hagas por que es lo único que te puede salvar en una reclamación, sino se lavan las manos

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette société, ses règles de retrait sont désastreuses, il est pratiquement impossible de faire un retrait et ils ferment vos comptes pour des choses étranges, déconseillé, c'est l'une des pires sociétés avec laquelle j'ai pu travailler, Je ne le recommande pas pour rien, ici vous perdrez votre argent, d'ailleurs, enregistrez l'écran de toutes les opérations que vous faites car c'est la seule chose qui peut vous épargner un sinistre, sinon vous laver les mains
