Our independence is something we value highly as it enables us to act on behalf of our clients totally unbiased and untied, freely looking at the entire market, seeking out the insurance products that are right for you as an individual or as a business. From Day One, Profile has not compromised on the highest level of service afforded to each and every client. A continuing growth pattern has been established through referred leads and organic growth. Our renewal retention is one of the highest in the industry. As a general insurance broker, we can place any type of insurance, both personal and commercial lines. Our specialties tend to be in high value property, prestigious vehicles, non-standard and complex commercial risks.

As owner of a fledgling small business

As owner of a fledgling small business, I found I needed insurance cover, from Professional Indemnity to company car, contents, Public liability and travel. The team at Profile has delivered a global package that ensures we are compliant as well as offering peace of mind.

When we've had to make a claim, the in-house team delivered. Their calm and knowledgeable team are efficient and courteous to a fault!

They deliver a safety net that feels well worth the outlay. Until I worked with Profile, I wasn't sure I cared too much about anything other than cover; but with Profile and their understanding of my business, alongside the robust insurance they compiled, I'm happy to have them on my side.

They come highly recommended.
