I just had a deep clean of my flat from Professional Cleaners UK and they were brilliant. The price was great and the quality of the clean was fantastic. They turned up on time and the process from start to finish was easy.

So nice to have a great cleaning company at last. I live in a block of flats and the communal area has always been an embarrassment. Since professional cleaners UK took over the difference is night and day.
Im not normally one to right reviews but this company deserved it. Very happy.

1st class service and standard.
Organised for my shop owner to have a regular clean. With relief I picked the right company and my boss was very happy with my decision.

Fantastic End of Tenancy for my flat! Process was simple and Sarah and the team at the office were great at booking and quoting accurately. Place was spotless, no money off my deposit! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The guy is a fraud. He came and asked money in cash. Started asking money for all the things stating they are extra. Came alone instead of bringing more cleaners.

Once we left and came back after 30 mins he was nowhere to be found. He blocked us everywhere. He cleaned nothing

Dont follow through with quotes

I went through several emails back and forth on my end of tenancy clean and agreed date, time, price, scope. Then they come back and say they cant do it. Ridiculous.

This company are scammers.
I was looking for a cleaner for a pre-tenancy clean, and contacted a couple companies. Michael from Professional Cleaners Uk came back (with an email address from a different company "T&M Cleaning Services", but with Professional Cleaners link and website in his email, which should have rung alarm bells).
After agreeing a price, Michael took a deposit and agreed to have 2 people do 3 hours work. When his team arrived at my property he rang to try and extort more money as he said the house was too dirty, sending me a video of someone wiping dust with their finger as someone might have done after a clean, not before. His team then left without doing any work as I wouldn't pay the now inflated price. They refused to repay my deposit, with the words "that's not how it works buddy" (there was no mention of the deposit being non-refundable in their emails previously, it was a deposit for work).
I didn't have time to find another cleaner as I had tenants arriving the next day, so went to do the work myself, which took me and my friend half the time they had allotted for the job, we are not professional cleaners and only had one microduster each, no real cleaning products (the house really was in quite good condition as had a professional clean a few weeks before on check out, with only builders there in between, so no use of fridge, ovens, etc., just in need of surface dusting).
If this company had worked for the time we had agreed, they would have easily managed to do the work, they were only interested in either inflating the price or robbing me of the deposit.
Avoid at all costs.
