I recently acquired a Calaba coffee table, I was really amazed by the quality of the hand finish of the product. Delivery could have been a little bit faster (5 days) but the customer service is very polite and helpfull. Would definitely recommend. Thx

Terrible delivery service and product with defaults
I ordered a console for 150euros with an extra special delivery with appointment. I booked for the saturday which is a slot of 5 hours. They never came and being a saturday they did not answer the phone either. They had 'misplaced' my package. Second appointment is made for a slot of 2 hours this time since I had a little word with them. An hour into the waiting they called to say the delivery guy had left without my package. Absolute joke. They ended up delivering at another address, closer to their warehouse. I have asked for reimbursement of at least the delivery fees, 2 weeks later still waiting... I finally got the product to my house, by my own devices, only to find a whole at the top and two corners are damage.
