There is no way to contact the customer service, we cannot really trace where the order is and by now it seems like a complete fraud.
In case we dont recieve the order in 48 hours norn our refund, we will have to raise a law suit.
So many years of purchasing online, this is the only bad experience we have had an dthat has been with Produceshop. Do not purchase from this shop, you will not get your product, no customer service available and a complete fraud!

The ProduceShop is one of the worst if not the worst online retailers I have experienced. I purchased a Bestway 58482 pool robot from this company and the product immediately did not operate properly - stalling in the middle of the pool for no reason, failing to automatically turn when it came into contact with side of the pool etc. etc. I contacted the ProduceShop who told me that this was an inherent fault with this product and it is pointed out in their promotional video for the pool robot. I reviewed the video and there is no mention of this fault. After some 'discussion' via emails, I was advised to pack the item back into its original packaging and post it back to Italy at my own expense. After the robot had been packed and labelled I was told by the ProduceShop that they required a video of the robot malfunctioning. I told them that having followed their initial instructions I was not prepared to unpack it, place it back into the pool, clean it again and then repack it etc. The pool robot was sent back to the ProduceShop and I received a 'delivered' report from the courier. That was six weeks ago. Throughout the last six weeks the ProduceShop claimed that they had not received the robot back and refused to raise a credit on my credit card. After many emails, they suddenly 'discovered' the robot on their premises and after a total of two months, I have finally received my refund. I would never buy anything from the ProduceShop again. The two staff members I had to deal with including the manager were sarcastic, arrogant and belligerent.

I have no idea how this company has any stars. I am yet to receive the refund I have been promised. I am now trying to find an email address for either the company’s CEO or MD, neither of which I can find. This is very worrying. However I have found a name of a senior company member. This being Romain Chiudini. Hopefully somebody else will manage to track down his email address.

Negatives: on purchasing my new shoe storage the website quoted the item as in stock and suggested delivery would be fairly quick - nowhere did it say the goods were being shipped internationally. Given everything that has been going on the past year I probably would have avoided if I'd known. Their tracking service is regularly updated but it's also very vague...when it got to about the nearest to me as it could be it stated rejected. The problem is that there's not really a clear system for contacting them if something goes wrong, no phone number and an online form that doesn't really deal with the issues. HOWEVER:
Positives: when we finally made contact the turnaround between email, contact from the courier and arranged delivery was 24hrs - it was with us the next day. Given its journey it arrived well cared for. The quality of the product we received is excellent, feels really solid and looks the part (after the mission of building it!). Have not found anything else like it anywhere else so in the end I'm very glad that we got what we ordered. They've certainly got some systems to tighten up as a company to make you feel like a valued customer but it wasn't a bad experience.

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from the produce shop. Ordered garden furniture 26th of April, with the anticipation it would be delivered 17th of May. Order tracking system says order is in the shop since the 14th of May, no progress since and no further details. I marked a delay of my order on the website 2 weeks ago, absolutely no response. Unable to contact the company and unsure if I will get the money if I cancel my order so just playin it safe. Utterly poor customer care, will be filing a formal complaint.

I ordered chairs on 3rd April that have not arrived. I have tried to track the item using their website, and it shows no results. Finding a contact number seems to be impossible, so I am currently £140 out of pocket, with no sign of the chairs arriving. Avoid this company

Ordered Hot Tub 3 months ago - NO CONTACT.
Ordered beginning of January with delivery due 18th January. Since then and £924 out of my bank account I have had no update and when I look on the account the Brexit delivery date keeps being moved back - now saying in May. Unacceptable to provide no information. There were no customer service details - I tried to contact through Facebook and Instagram.
I eventually asked for a refund, which was provided swiftly. Terrible service. Would never recommend or use again. Not being able to contact the company is appalling especially after a high value order. At least a regular curtesy email as update would have maintained a level of trust, as opposed to causing a lot of stress.

They are fraudsters, they send you the wrong item and then they make it as hard as they can to return it, I am trying already for 4 months to return it. Disputing the payment with paypal does not help because they are accepting to refund you only if you send the item back yourself which might cost a lot of money when it was not your fault that they sent the wrong item in the first place

Ordered some parasols which looked great and were due to be delivered on the 19th March. Nothing arrived and attempts to contact them for an update have failed. This is for order number 921416226 and it would be much appreciated if someone could get back to me to let me know what is happening. I run a bussiness and need them for opening on the 12th. Instead of getting back to me they flagged my review as fake. I had to send evidence to trust pilot to prove that I did have dealings with them. We have since sent a solicitors letter to them to try and get a responce. The responce was to immediately cancel the order (we didn't actually ask for this to be cancelled, more to find out what was happening). I would avoid using this company again at all costs.

This story began last year in December. I bought two tables. I refused them because the carton was opened. I've never gotten a refund after I've asked for it 30 times. It's a shame. Please don't buy at produceShop. They don't care about their customers.

I ordered a hot tub on the 5th of Feb, money taken from bank. Its now the 13th of March and still no communication of any sort regarding delivery. Item cost £1200 & was intended for a 40th birthday present which has been and gone. Starting to worry that this may be a scam. Understanding brexit will cause some delays. This is now very concerning. Paid for tracking which does not work as stated in other reviews. Any communication would be nice. I would recomend you shop elsewhere.

Ordered in late December, never got the order. The tracking number was not working. Although I got replies that the item was to be returned to the warehouse I am still struggling to get the reimbursement.
UPDATE: I GOT THE REFUND. HOWEVER, IT TOOK ME MORE THAN TWO MONTHS TO RECEIVE IT WHILE I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE RETURN SHIPMENT.

Think this is my second review, so wont labour the point. Basically I bought a patchwork armchair for £279 back in Dec 20 - my wife and I noticed very quickly that it was complete rubbish and sub standard. We reported the issue and sent a video clip of the chair once assembled - to be honest it wasn't sturdy enough to sit in!! it wobbled and creaked all over the place. Looking at the underneath....the frame was bent, the wood cracked, nuts and bolts loose. Basically I was told by this company that the chair was delivered within acceptable normal standards?? I could return the chair to Italy but at my own cost- yeah right!! Basically were fobbed off. 3 months down the line the chair has completely broken - one whole piece snapped and fallen apart. I have again contacted Produce Shop and have been told that I should have contacted them when I bought the chair? been quoted some nonsense clauses etc. Their impossible to get hold of also, the response forms don't work on their website and neither does their direct email. You have to use a specific reason response which doesn't relate with what your trying to say just to get through. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I have no idea how to get a refund from them and am sick of all the stress and anxiety. My chair should not have broken after 3 months!!

Before u consider try to find how to contacts them. Yes. A web form exists but not working if using a negative subject 4 them.
Finally u get a contact with only a first name and 1st letter of family name, no title at all.
Then they dont admit product is wrong. After a highlighted pictures they Finally admit, okay. Then U need to tell the Story Why I cant use it. When They accept the reason then "starts"discussion inside the company and quietness. After a proposal of 50%refund end of communication.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NEVER.
