The product came on time without any issues. It was value for money product. The only issue is the the instructions to assemble the part which reduces 1 star, but overall good experience.

Product delivered on time. Unfortunately due to ill health didnt open for a couple of months. Once constructed we realised we had been supplied with the wrong canopy. After a few emails with customer services they agreed to provide a refund sufficient to buy a new cover elsewhere as they were out of stock of the correct one. Refund processed and in our bank account within 3 days.

I have real concerns as to when or if I will EVER receive the goods I purchased on On the 24.04.21 at 8:55 am which was for an Inflatable hydromassage 180x66cm Lay-Z spa Helsinki Airjet 7-seater with [ProduceShop]
I am literally devastated this Spa was brought for medical reasons for my mother who has Brain Cancer and physically disabled as part of her Therapy Treatment I was desperate for her to have a Hydra Spa opportunity to bath/pool experience, secondly, I’ve now lost over a £1,000. I truly believe the ProduceShop is deliberately exploiting the Brexit situation and informing customers of shipment delays after they’ve purchased and paid for goods is totally unfair, further, your courier [FERCAM] information states the Item has been delivered when it has NOT! I'm now going to have to forward my complaint to Action Fraud (Police) and Trading Standards UK as the service your providing is disgusting.
