Paid for next day delivery. 7 days later still waiting. No response to chasers, no communication. Still don't know if I will get my item or a refund.

The order was place a week ago all I have is order confirmation. On the website all it said order recieved and no way to cancel the order

Do not believe this to be a genuine Company. Have had family members read other reviews about this company being fake. Have emailed and tried to phone on the numbers found for this company With no no reply or response from this company.

I ordered work trousers which arrived within 5 working days , very good value for money

I bought 2 blouses on 7 February from your Website. To date they still have not arrived. I've tried E-Mailing you but you aren't replying. I'm very concerned that your Company's telephone number is "number unobtainable". I've seen other reviews from customers saying exactly the same thing, you've taken their money, aren't replying to E-Mails and your telephone number doesn't ring.

Goods didn’t arrive in a timely manner and now experiencing issues with refund.

I have not received my goods which were ordered on 03/12/2020 but they have taken my money. I also cannot get through to anyone by telephone and they have not replied to my emails. Very concerned.

I ordered 1 pair of trousers and 1 shirt on the 5 th of November they have taken money out of my account and I am still waiting for the delivery it’s now the 20th of November

Ordered and paid next day delivery.did not get goods when i should have so called the company but no answer on all the numbers.managed to contact company and ask for full refund which i am still waiting for 4 weeks later just keep being told its paypals fault,i said refund to my card then but just keep fobbing me off i will never use this company again.

Terrible took my money but never sent out my work skirt after numerous emails sent to their company and zero reply’s !

Our son who has autism has been asking for a jacket with 3 buttons for ages. They are very rare now, 2 button ones all the rage. So, we were very glad to find one on this website. It arrived quickly too in a nice box, so wasn’t all crinkled. He is very happy to have his jacket finally.
