very chessy and not very close to the real product - colors and finishes shown in photos are not what you get

Ordered and received a replica Rolex Yachtmaster when this outfit previously Prodoswatch now called Brodos watch back early 2024. Automatic function was not working from the start, only functioned for 12 hours. Received multiple responses- some had nothing to do with my complaint, others said take it to a watchmaker, usual delay and defer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. IF YOU WANT TO JUST THROUGH YOUR MONEY AWAY OR DO SOMETHING ALTRUISTIC SEND IT TO YOUR FAVORITE CHARITY . YOU WILL EITHER RECEIVE NO WATCH OR A DEFECTIVE WATCH. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

First of all, and this should be all you need to know to NOT order a watch from FRODO/PRODO watch company. The images that are shown for each watch, and in this case, Tag Heuer, are from the Tag Heuer web site! What you see, is surely what you won't get, for $300+ dollars. I emailed them and requested to see the watch I would be getting, all I got was dead air, radio silence, crickets!

I would say, Stay away from this Prodo watch or Frodo watch. I ordered recently a watch and it was very risky doing that from the moment I paid on-line. Requesting info from their support team(?) which I doubted this exist.
To make this review short, I received the watch but the bracelet cap with a logo is missing, I've been trying to communicate with them and at some point, someone responded advising me to go to a watch repair shop to repair. I responded to them and telling them that there is nothing to repair, there is a missing part, it's only Prodo or Frodo can supply the missing part and I asked them to send me the part and I'll install it myself. I never receive the missing part.
And I can't wear it, the bracelet keep on popping out.

I don't recommend Prodo or Frodo to anyone. Unless someone want to experience a nightmare dealing with this company, then go for it.

Their website is showing that they are here in the US but no they are in Chine.

The watch crown arrived broken, and I've been contacting customer service every day for over 2 weeks.
I told them I wanted to return the watch due to poor quality, I don't want a fix or replacement.
They did respond, asking for a video, which I sent.
They sent me a link on how the crown is suppose to work.
We've been going back and forth and they will not give me a return address.
Such a horrible experience.

I ordered a Fake Rolex 4 months ago, when I received it, the watch would stop working during the night as the self-wind feature was good for about two hours. I had trouble pulling the stem out to set the time. Finally, it would not pull out at all. Now the watch is worthless as it will not run all night and I cannot set the time each morning. I have sent e-mails, left messages on the Whatsapp can voice messages on the 316 & 315 numbers, My next action is to send this complaint to the Consumer Fraud division, State of TN and I plan to visit their Greesnburg, PA. location when I am in Pittsburgh next month.

The company has very poor communication.
Trying to return a watch is practically impossible, as no address is provided.
This company's product is too bulky to pass as an original version, or even near one.
This company's policy about complaints remain unheeded.
This is more headache than is worth.
Ad photos mask the chunkiness of these watches.

I ordered a Rolex fake watch from Prodo to see the quality they were selling and was sent an inoperative and very poorly made watch. I have been trying for five months to have them send me my money back or send me an operative watch. They refuse to respond to me. I would not buy any of these company's products because they are of the lowest quality that you can buy. You can order a fake watch from TEMU for 1/32 the price, which is much better quality.

Much better than I expected, watch came with a Rolex bag, Warranty card Rolex box and for the $300 the Rolex looks good. I found Prodo watch from an ad that popped up on the Wall Street Journal website. I’ve not been able to get on their website to order another one.

Purchased a watch back on 11/25/23 and was tracking it up until 1/10/24 when it was seized by the USPS for counterfeit postage… seriously? I contacted the company through email numerous times and they said that due to the Christmas holiday there were delays in shipments. I filed a claim with PayPal to recover the money, now in the process of waiting for the seller’s reply which is until 1/20, at that point a refund will be processed hopefully.

CAUTION!! I paid for a Paul Newman Rolex clone in early November '23 ($699.00). After a few weeks, the tracking number went "Inactive" and the watch disappeared from view. I have sent multiple emails to Prodo "No" Customer Service about this issue asking for them to investigate and eventually asking for a refund. There appears to be no other contact method other than their CS email. I have sent a complaint to CNN (principle advertising client) looking for some pressure to resolve but nothing yet .... don't make my mistake ... AVOID BUYING FROM THEM.

Took my money back in October, gave me a PO and told me the watch had shipped with a tracking number.

After 2 months of my incessive asking they tell me tell me the watch is out of stock and was never available.

They offered a refund but are refusing to give it. In short they have taken hundreds of dollars for absolutely nothing.

The watch seized up after two months. It will not allow the time to be adjusted. This wristwatch is a piece of junk and the sellers return policy is even worse. Stay away from purchasing any wristwatch from this sham company.

Return policy is rubbish. I have been trying for over 2 weeks to return a watch which doesn't work as advertised on their site.
I have tried emailing and leaving messages on WhatsApp to get a returns address and a refund. Nobody will help !!
