This service is untrustworthy and does not keep to their own policies. I was looking for help on an assignment. The company stated they provided original work and had me pay guaranteeing me an A on the assignment. This couldn't be further from the truth. I turned in the assignment and it came back with a 0% similarity, so I was excited and turned in the assignment. Only to find out that the instructor traced the paper back to a course hero submission where it was just altered enough to trick the similarity report algorithm to show up as a 0. This paper was so similar after reading it I can't believe I was so stupid to trust someone to do what they sell me and then not offer the guaranteed refund for not delivering what they promised. I have all the supporting documentation to include the paper they "wrote" the course hero the message from my instructor and the letter from my school placing me on academic probation for academic dishonesty. I understand I am in the wrong for using this service but if I choose to do this the people, I pay should at minimum deliver what they offer. I am now out 115 dollars to pro course help on academic probation for 30 days and have to pay to take the class over again. So not only did the paper receive an F but I have to pay to take the entire class again. Worst service ever please before submitting your papers cross reference course hero, chegg and any other site that has homework help because this company probably stole it from them and rebranded it as their original work from their "experts".

You guys I get you want help and for people to do your classes for you but please don’t pick this site. I used them and they did my work to a point I paid almost $900 for them to take my 2 classes for me and to get a guaranteed A in the class. They failed half of the assignments and my grade went all the way down to a D!!!! I never asked for a refund because they were so unprofessional and lied about everything so I didn’t even want to get into it. But here’s the craziest thing of all. After I asked for them to just stop helping and cancel the services I get a TEXT from a random number saying they are from this high profile academic department from Washing DC saying they found out I was cheating using the website procourse help. However, I challenged the caller who started getting an attitude with me and requesting I pay up to 25,000 for the allegation. I obvsiouly knew it was fake because everything at my university was fine with no issues or accusations of cheating. I blocked the caller who’s caller ID was from Texas NOT Washington DC and never got another call or message again about it. These people are absolutely CRAZY. I changed my password to me portal so they couldn’t get back in. This whole process was absolutely awful. PLEASE for your own safety do NOT use this website it is an absolute joke ran by people who will take your money and lie.

I've recently started my semester and noticed that my Microeconomics class was going to be a struggle, so I searched the internet in hopes of finding a resource that could aid me through this course. That's when I came across ProCourseHelp. Long story short, I was guranteed a C or higher and that a screenshot of the assignments due that particular week was going to be sent to me. So, come this recent Friday where 5 assignments were due, not a single one was completed by the so called "experts". Once I asked to issue a refund, that's when they apparently dropped off the face of the earth. Disgusting business practice and I implore any and everyone to stay away from this "company".

Horrible experience. Don’t use them.

First of all, they failed my final exam after giving me a guarantee of an A. I paid $260 for this exam and I demanded a refund. After I brought this up, that’s when all their excuses started. They started to tell me that if I want an instant refund, I would have to pay more to add up the expense to $500+ so that they can refund the whole thing on the spot. Or else I would have to wait 30 days to get a refund. So I chose to do the 30 days. But then they told me to come back after holidays so they can issue the refund and I would get the refund after 30 days from when I come back since they are closed during holidays. This made no sense to me whatsoever but I went along with it. Now it is after the holidays and Everytime I bring up the word “refund”, somehow the chat shows “lost connection”. Now Everytime I go on their site, the chat doesn’t even open for me and they will not answer my calls.

I would not use them to take exams unless you don’t care about getting your money back. They will not tell you any of these clauses until you need a refund. It has been such a frustrating experience. They took my exam early December and I’m still trying to get my refund. This is ridiculous
