I bought the Procolored F13 + Oven combo from the 2024 Black Friday sale. Almost a year later, these machines have worked well. I did have an issue with the oven's switch, but the tech and after-sales teams had diagnosed the issue and are honoring the warranty by sending over the replacement parts. Excellent products and a good overall experience with customer service!

First time buyer of a DTF printer and have to say how absolutely impressed I am with my pink K13 Lite!! I also bought the smokeless oven, and I am so glad I did, it's easy to use and less hassle.
I have had a few hiccups with my printer, but tech support helped me quickly and made sure I was satisfied before ending the chats. They sent me videos and pictures to help me with my questions when I didn't understand something.
The quality of prints are amazing and my friends are stunned at how bright and stunning the pictures come out. I absolutely love this machine and wish I would have jumped on the DTF bandwagon earlier.

This company has always been very helpful when any issue arises. They are prompt and sufficient at finding out the issue and helping to assure it is fixed. My printer has been one of the best investments I have ever made for my business. If you are looking to buy a DTF printer, procolored is the best choice.

We love our Procolored l1800 DTF! It was our first DTF printer and we are more than impressed. Everything is so vibrant and our shirts come out fantastic. In our experience, this is a great reasonably priced DTF to start with. We had a small hiccup recently, but we are able to get quick support and now we’re back up and running with no issues! Since we’ve been so happy with this product, we’re looking at getting additional Procolored printers in the near future!

I bought the K13 DTF printer through the Kickstarter platform and didn’t even know if it was legit or when I would receive the printer. The Procolored team was great with updates on their Facebook page, keeping us informed about when to expect the printers in the UK.

After receiving the printer, they provided installation guide videos, and if needed, we could contact customer service, which has been very helpful. I had a few issues in the beginning and even now, but the response time in the UK has been very quick, especially considering that I often needed support in the evening.

The printer is great and works as it should. I’ve done a few custom designs, and the prints don’t feel too thick, which I prefer. I should probably mention that this is my first DTF printer, and everything I’ve learned has come from Procolored.

I had no issues once so ever. I got in on the pre-order the printer and oven both shipped before originally thought. I received everything on time and anytime I did have a question prior to getting set up they responded immediately. The setup was a breeze I had one issue but it was my computer that was blocking the program from installing once I gave it access it worked without an issue! Actually I called support prior to realizing what my issue was and they called me back within 20 minutes to make sure I didn’t have any issues they could help with! I give the price, the sales, the support all 5’s

Procolored is the best!! I had a problem with my white ink and the tech said I needed a new print head. It came in a week and I was able to work with the tech and change it and get my white ink to work. Their instructions were clear and made it super easy to do! I will always buy Procolored!!!

This is my second DTF printer with Procolored. I have an F8 and now the K13 lite. Both had a little bit of a learning curve but very easy to use. The support for this printer is great mostly Facebook I’ve even chimed in from time to time knowing what to expect. I got in touch with support quickly and they had no problem helping and answering question I spoke with Tony help helped me get my K13 lite to work with the ProRip software that I’m used to very happy printing as I write this hope this helps

I have a F13 printer and so far it prints great! I had a little trouble with an error I was getting but Troy in tech support helped me the entire time. Fast responses and great resources. He made sure my issue was fixed before ending our conversation! Overall great’

The Procolored P13 is a good printer. It takes sometime in getting used to the daily maintenance but once you get the hang of it, it's a good printer. Customer service is slow at times but effective in helping you with issues. Overall, i've had a 5 star experience so far.Remember, patience and getting to know the printer is key.
