Overall happy unsure of floss replacement claim
So far I’m overall happy with the device. I didn’t give it five stars because I have some serious doubts about the claim that it’s 13x better then flossing - there is not a substantial body of independent research other than the one cited study, which I believe was paid. I also can confirm that for me it does not replace flossing because I tried using it before flossing and it most certainly doesn’t get everything out as I have to go back with the string floss to get physical particles of food it may have missed stuck in my teeth. That being said, I’ve used the device AFTER flossing AND brushing and have found visible particles come out of my mouth that I missed from brushing and flossing as the jets are fairly strong and flush all of your teeth and gums with water.
I don’t think this should replace flossing and two dentists I spoke to agreed - but if you are like me and have trouble with gum inflammation and are looking for something to add to your routine to remove food particles and reduce the likelihood of gum trouble for your next dental visit I am overall satisfied with the product. I have the following routine - FLOSS - BRUSH - PROCLAIM and I find it makes my mouth feel very refreshed and clean looking and feeling by the end of it.

Took about 3 weeks but it is a great timesaver, gives my gums some love, high quality and easy to use!!

The idea of the system is really good but the its doesn't fit properly and I feel its too hard when its attached to my tooth its had no flexibility .
Even though I did 3D scan but its doesn't fit very well .I have to be very carefully when I insert it in my mouth .

Proclaim is okay
Proclaim is good, but I am not sure that it cleans my teeth and gums better than the Water Pik. I feel like the Water Pik enables me to direct a jet stream, much tinier and focused, into specific areas and my teeth feel cleaner after using the Water Pik. I use the Proclaim three times in successionto try to get as much food out of there as possible and it definitely is quicker.

Proclaim helps improve and maintain gum health effectively through an easy alternative for those struggling to maintain an everyday flossing routine. This was shown in our clinical study, where Proclaim was used 1x/day at pressure setting 5. That said, it may not always remove food particles that are wedged in, so for those occasions you may need string floss or other interdental cleaning tools.

It has given me less pain to deal with on a daily basis.
The ordering of the machine made it worth the wait. It was simple to set up. Heavier than I thought. The mouth piece took some getting used to use to. I started on a number 1 then several days later push to 2- then 3 and have stayed at that. Amazing how it clean my teeth of food that gets trapped. My disease effects my gums and brushing them make the blisters more painful. The machines is well worth the money. Thank you Carol Heger

Product is good, scan to delivery not so much
Product is very good & would have given 5 stars, but the Dr office scan & delivery of it to Proclaim was well over month long & had to email Proclaim asking where’s the unit? Then they received the scan from a local dentist about week later & 2 weeks later it was delivered. So, it was about 2 months from order date to delivery date. Otherwise, follow up by Proclaim etc has been good & timely.

This device is a game changer for teeth cleaning. It is so much easier to use than a Waterpik so I use it after every meal and before bed. With the Waterpik, I would not use if busy or tired. But this is so easy and fast to use.
