Ordered a product from this company…

Ordered a product from this company via eBay on 19th March

Received notification of shipping on 22 March....however by 30th March, Royal Mail tracking still says the seller has advised that they have sent the item.......they have still not actually received it to be able to send it to me.....

Like most chemist products you order based on a need.......it's no good if it takes 2 weeks to be actually sent let alone to be received.....I will be pressing for a refund as I have had to buy elsewhere in the interim

Scammers! DON’T BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered a product called "Caphosol" for my nephew, who is a cancer patient. Since it was urgent, I paid extra for next day delivery. However, I have not received any order confirmation email, nor has the product been delivered. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times requesting a refund, but I haven’t received any response. I’ve also tried calling, but no one answers. Do not shop from this website under any circumstances! It’s a complete scam!
