Incorrect order.

I placed an order for 4 items.
The bottom bracket didn't get sent at all.
The water bottles I ordered are the wrong colour and size.
The bottle cages were the wrong ones but more expensive and I'm happy with them.
Very disappointing.
I've emailed and waiting for a reply from customer service.

A guy called Richard quickly addressed the problem, there was a mix up with another order similar to mine.
I have now received all demanded items and ended up with a bottle cage upgrade!
Overall very satisfied.

I have bought high end bike components from Pro bike parts on a number of occasions now.
Richard, is an honorable, conscientious and meticulous person, especially regarding packaging and shipment of high value components.
They have also been accommodating about returns when an order was mistakenly placed on my part.
I have no doubt that I will continue to purchase from them in the future.
