Overall good site, but not much in defi products, and staking interest is fairly low. Exchange fees tooooo high!!! One positive is ease of transferring USD via ACH (no fee) in/out of the exchange (have not tried transfer out yet). Another big benefit is 1:1, no fee, purchase of USDC with USD.

I am disgusted with Coinbase Pro. I like the the ease of using it but the last few months it’s been very unstable. Back in November my service was restricted becaus if verification issues, Don’t rely on their customer service because there isn’t anyone to talk to, it’s automated and probably a BOT that’s exhausted putting his feet up, I sorted that issue after two weeks it was a typo in the address more specifically house name and house no in wrong place. Then just before Christmas I was without service again. Partially Degraded service. Ahh I think I was one of those who traded XRP. So putting two and two together Coinbase stop me from trading. Guess what I wasn’t holding any XRP, so since Christmas I have had no service other than to log in and watch. I have contacted Counbase numerous times possibly 10 times either by email or their irrelevant drop down list that you use for an enquiry or support, I will get the the automated response that my issue has been sunbmitted but have noticed the last 3 complaints I have heard Jack. I am none the wiser what the hell is going on. One other think the platform can’t cope when there is a lot of activity it just locks down like it has Covid. I would give it minus 10 stars for service and has just surpassed Ryanair and believe me that is how bad counbase is when it comes to customer service. I am now in the process of going to Binance and transferring my crypto to them. I can’t carry on with this stopping and starting and no contact makes me suspicious that all is not well at Coinbase. They have been appalling and very frustrating and the silence is not positive

The most worst website in crypto business ! You will loose money, because of no access to the Coinbase on Drop Market ! You can’t buy a crypto when market is done! Doesn’t allowed you to login ( it’s simple ) error and error. No one send you Sorry or any compensation, I had 100 screen shots from my computer and my mobile phone during the crypto drop on Coinbase Pro or Coinbase ( just on drop price period ! No access to ur account !!! It’s simple . You will loose your capital....avoid this website to save ur life and your investment ....I Will make a documentary video and publish on you tube soon ....

App and website are freezing and i get problems login in - Like, I just logged in, and logs me back out again. "We have problems with your login". All these problems due to high activity on the website is affecting my trades.
It always happen's when you need the app the most.
Sort your servers out.
I finally made the decision to change platform.
ALWAYS when the price is dropping or goes up, The app logs me out so I don't have time to catch the opportunity. THIS FEELS ORCHESTRATED

Very bad situation encountered today...lost connection all of a sudden. Not able to log in anymore. This happened at a very crucial moment. Sure there are some good experiences, but this makes it a very unreliable platform for me. Not stable enough thats my opinion.

Unfortunately, it seems that the people at CoinbasePro are OK with stealing money from investors who use their tools. I don't really understand it. They were having some technical issues with their software - they admitted this openly. Those technical issues caused certain trades made by me and many other traders to be duplicated or even triplicated...resulting in some seriously heavy bags of crypto that we had never intended to purchase. Then upon request for a refund, CoinbasePro remains entirely silent. It has been several weeks now since they admittedly stole several thousand dollars from me. They know it. They admit it. But they haven't even apologized for it. And they certainly haven't refunded me. I guess all that I can do is write something here and see if that gets me anywhere...or at least lets some of you know to be careful. Frankly, I love CoinbasePro...but I'm scared to keep using it after they did this to me without any shame or remedy.

So stay away from coinbase pro! Its been an absolute nightmare for me!!! They freeze everyone's account when prices go up!! Can't cash out..0 customer service, keeps saying..opps something went wrong when you try to login! I reset password multiple times,Uninstalled thier app and reinstalled like thier computer reply said to me.No way to speak to a representative! Holding over $10,000 of my money! They are corrupt as its gets!! I send emails daily..nothing..if your into loosing your money and days of stress..then go download this shiity apps! Pissed off now!

The platform goes down exactly when volatility picks up in the crypto market. The end result is you can't get in or out of positions when it matters.

If you email them about it, they'll tell you to clear you cache and check your internet speed, as though we are all stupid and the problem is on our end.

On top of that, they have super expensive commissions. I have spent 3700 on commissions the last 30 days....AVOID AT ALL COSTS....

Coinbase used to be extremely notorious for withholding customer's money for no reason, so I tried to deposit only £10 via faster payment, which always arrives within 5 seconds upon initiating (UK).

Well, you can guess the rest. After 2 weeks, I'm still waiting for my money to be 'verified'. But now you could say "hey, just contact support". Right, and I did right after my deposit didn't show up after an hour. E-mail support will outright ignore you, don't even try. Phone support is a complete joke, the only time they will talk to you if your account gets hacked. I tried Twitter, the only thing they told me in 2 weeks that, my case has got a number. Wow. They did really put a number on me.

I told twitter support I will report them to my local police in London and also to the proper authorities. No one should be able to get away with murder (or in this case, stealing). I know it's only £10, and this is why this was just a test deposit, but I want to warn people out there, what kind of company this one is. Literally, use any other.

Generally good experience and always get my money very quickly when withdrawn. However they have had some API outages at crucial times recently with the volatility around crypto preventing trades actioning or being reflected in my portfolio. make sure you always check the status on the bottom left!

I have not been able to access my account for two days now. This is not the first time it has happened

Coinbase is well known and reliable (except when the price nosedives sometimes). However their fees are a bit higher than average. I prefer their Pro features for the lower fees and advanced order abilities (e.g. limit). However, their pro mobile app is not up to par.

Been using them for a while. No real problems. Everything worked as advertised. Sure, there could be fewer fees, but I've had an all round positive experience over several years.

Sent funds to Coinbase Pro 2nd August. Chased twice and got nothing. Raised another call citing the 1st call reference and got told to only log one case and finally got an automated email response telling me their specialist is on the case.

I have since ask the sending bank to see if they are able to reverse the transaction and recover the funds.

I have used pro.coinbase.com several times and have never had a problem. All my transactions, crypto and fiat, have completed within the time frames they said they would.

The technology is getting better, but it continues to require some technical expertise to manage. Occasionally, a bug in the software has caused a hiccup in the process, but these guys have always come through for me.
