Well what can I say about this company? Absolutely fantastic. Had a video consult with Shaun, which was very professional and friendly. Two days later I had my MRI, where Zak met me at the door and helped me get up the stairs (I'm on crutches) and also onto the imaging table. Throughout I was reassured and told what would happen next.
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing an MRI urgently.

I was told by the NHS that I needed an urgent scan to see whether I had a blood clot, however there was no urgency. Pro Scan really wanted to help and agreed to fit me in on a Sunday. The scan was done and results were quick. The scan come back clear and I now have piece of mind rather than waiting. I would highly recommend!

Zak, the radiographer, is the epitome of excellent customer service and communication. He will answer all your questions with patience and knowledge.
The whole process, from booking to scanning, is seamless and extremely quick.
I had my results from a consultant radiologist within 24 hours and a recommendation to follow up with my GP.
I can’t praise Pro-Scan and Zak enough for their professionalism and I would highly recommend.

Good overall experience. Took a little while to sort appointment but this was due to my diary and availability in Liverpool.
Zak was great and didn’t forget me and offered me appointments as they came up.
Very professional during arrival and scan.
Scan report is good and was fast within 24 hours. The report outlines key findings but it would be better if findings were in more detail. I have small tumours found but it would be good to know sizes etc to then be able to monitor going forward, although the images can be requested by consultants.
Overall really good experience reasonable price and overall professional experience.

A very fast and efficient service

After having an ultra-sound scan I was referred to pro-scan for an mri to which I had a date within 2 days following the scan I received my results within 3 days,

Zac was amazing, I contacted Pro Scan Imaging on the evening of Good Friday and by the time I went to bed that night I had an appointment for the following Wednesday for a head MRI. The results were sent to me within a much shorter time frame than expected after Zac chased them for me, sending them across well outside of normal working hours. The service is truly 5 star service and I can’t recommend it enough!!
