The customer service is unprofessional, and there is a clear lack of competence even in basic product compatibility checks

After a good initial experience, things took a complete turn for the worse. Sales and the warehouse do not communicate with each other. While we were still in the middle of confirming product compatibility, the warehouse shipped the wrong items—and the company refuses to cover the return shipping costs, instead making the customer pay for their internal communication failures.

I do not recommend this company. The customer service is unprofessional, and there is a clear lack of competence even in basic product compatibility checks.
