I ordered bolts for 2024-25 Honda Grom in late 2024. Over half were the incorrect size. I emailed them on 2/3/25 and was very specific about what bolts were the incorrect size and referenced the correct size as stated in the Grom manual. No response. Emailed them again and included the previous email and asked, again, for them to respond. No response.
Sent a third email. No response for several mos. Called their USA office and left a voicemail specifically explaining the issue. To this day, 12/30/25 NO RESPONSE.

My order arrived faster than I was expecting. Well packaged & exactly as described on they're website. My bike is going to be looking good with these lovely bolts.
Absolutely spot on. Great product. Great price.
Many thanks
Listed nut for gsxr600 doesn’t fit emailed them all they say is should of brought a titanium one instead so tuff basically
Rubbish
Very happy with my new bolts and fixings.
Quality items and prefect finish, thanx
Spent a LOT of money with this company, but this last order is the end of it. The delivery times have gotten so long, that it just doesn't make sense to order from them anymore. I have searched out other companies in the US that will now receive all of my business. Too bad really, however overpriced they were, they had a lot of options, and the quality was decent.
Use to be a good company last two orders had been horrendous on shipping and quality of product . Along that Pro-bolt USA doesn’t exists anymore and yet folks like me use to get shipment in 3 days now over two to three weeks out . Folks there isn’t such thing as a U.S. vendor also they took PayPal off there check out even with your personal CC they charge you fees that are not disclosed to the customer.
Absolute rubbish, claims British made but cheap chinese rubbish
Nothing but a great experience with ProBolt. I had several exchanges with Tom (by email and by phone) regarding parts that were on backorder. When I told him I was under a time crunch he came up with alternative solutions that kept my project on track. I live in the U.S. and Tom in England. But the level of care I received from Tom is what I’d get from the Hardware store owner in my town.
I have bought many times from pro-bolt and my experience was satisfactory, good quality fast shipping even though too pricey. Until today. Due to the error in description on their website, I ordered 4 wrong bolts. Was told to return them at my own cost so that new, longer bolts could be sent. When emphasised that it was not my fault, was told the postage would be deducted from the price difference of the new bolts that were 10p more expensive. It's just not worth it, the time and the hassle. I opted to leave a review on trust pilot instead.
Ordered various bolts for my 2020 Ducati Streetfighter V4s. Including engine, fairing and various body part bolts. All turned up within a week. And next day if I payed more.
I ordered mainly the Aluminium ones and made sure I tightened to the correct the torque setting. I wrapped the head of the bolt with a couple of layers of a plastic bag as to not scratch them. (As the instructions state).
Made a few wrong orders and very straight forward to return, however still waiting for a refund but it’s only been a few days.
Bolts are not cheap especially if you go for steel or titanium.
The delivery charges could be less, £9 for next delivery on a package that is less than 100grams.
I returned bolts which were 150g via Royal Mail to get to them next day with signed for confirmation and that only cost me £3.75. Knocked of 1 star for that.
Bought £100+ of bolts.
First ones I installed were the fuel cap bolts.
The first one snapped in the fuel cap hand tight..
Engine one snapped a 3nm.
What an absolute joke this company is.
Finest bolts? Are you joking me.
I have better quality bolts that cost me £10 for 100+ not £100 for a handful!
Top rate customer service, ordered a few times from them and never let me down. Order Friday afternoon delivered before 9am Saturday so I could tinker with my bike on my day off! Even had a courtesy call about my order!... A*
This is only the second review I have ever given but the help I received from Tristan was great,a great Australian company selling only quality fasteners for your bike, have purchased a few items from them and needed some advice on the torque settings, not a problem calling them and getting all the help I needed and correct tire pressure settings as well, only place I will go to purchase hardware for my bikes ,highly recommended AAA
Ordered bolts from them and happy with it. Looks sturdy and loves the weight and the quality of the items and The service is fast. Surely will make another order again.
From the philippines here!
Great bolts. Prompt delivery.
I've used this company a few times and always a great product.
Will use again.
Cheers
This is all bullcrap this product is nothing more than a Chinese knock off of an original American made products Chinese are notorious for doing this and when they do it they do it at the bare minimum meaning they use cheap parts cheap labor cheap machinery cheap a coil‘s and wires and everything that goes inside a of the Piece of crap and all they are really trying to get as you to purchase a product so they can get the money from the Postal Service because they make more money as long as they send you something when they get that money yeah either ghost at that point to you anybody reads this and thinking about maybe doing it because you know it seems like a dream come true get ready to have your dreams smashed because they are nothing but a shell company that red sauce intellectual property from any source they can get it from that’s made in America do not buy these Chinese anything that comes from China you need to stop buying the crap they’re sending you crapin you’re laughing all the way to the bank wake up America.

£45 for a fairing bolt set in blue for most of the bolts to snap or heads to strip , when installing and haven't even tightened them to correct torque yet.
Cheap nasty bolts should only be worth a few quid and they shouldn't even be selling this set.
Not fit for purpose. Especially for the larger sub frame fairing bolts which snapped first. M10 bolt made of aluminium a big no no.

We have bought Pro Bolt for several years and used after our exercising. We received a new order this week- new packaging but the ingredients inside was flavorless, sticky, chewier- not enjoyable. Will question whether we will order again. We usually get 4 boxes at a time so......it really is NOT worth repeating
