Ordered from Pro 10 - great products which were delivered free within 2 days.
Would definitely use again - highly recommended.

I ordered 5 x 1 kg bags of whey and requested 3 strawberry, 1 chocolate and 1 banana. I received all strawberry. I did receive an apology of which I am grateful, however sending 2kg bags back in order to receive what I originally ordered is a pain. Can't fault the product itself.

As Yas already been discussed with James at pro-10 I had to wait an unacceptable length of time for my items and when I called and emailed I didn't receive a response. I finally received my goods only after asking PayPal to refund my transaction. I will be back as i like the products but would just like better customer service

I ordered some whey protein in a 1kg bag (Vanilla) and it arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with the product. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Pro-10 again and will be doing so when supplies run short.

Ordered d-test on Friday morning and had it on the Saturday morning! Spoke with one of the team the day before and asked all my questions regarding the product! Great service and now 7 days in starting to notice gains in the weights I'm lifting and size! Will be coming time and time again!

I have been buying from Pro 10 for a few months now and find them to be an excellent company who provide great service. Prices are reasonable, products are good and they always let you know when they are delivering, with a text option to change delivery date. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company.

Pro10 had been very good and the products I have bought are good. But a recent order was delayed due to batch issue and I was not told - nor offered an alternative. I had to chase twice to be told of the problem and have been waiting over a week for delivery. It would be good to update customers if there is a problem with shipping an order so that they can plan accordingly. Not too dificult by email I would think.

It was fine, I ordered paid and they delivered, within 48 hours as I recall, might even have been a bit faster than that As to the product, can't comment with authority - but seems OK to me!

The above covers it, I ordered my protein before 10am and it arrived the next day.

Great customer service. Items were delivered within two days of ordering - perfect. I am still evaluating the products. I would like to see the ingredients listed on the packaging of each item. Other than that I am very happy with Pro-10.com

I am always pleased with the products that I have ordered from pro 10 they arrive in perfect condition and are great tasting and the powders mix up great. I also think the delivery service used is very good.

delivery was faster than expected arrived the next day.Although I ordered the flavour free variety stick a banana in and it tastes really good .Can't fault it.

The prices are good, but the web site itself does not give much information about the products - you will need to go elsewhere to find the detail of what you want, and then come back to compare prices. The web site was relatively easy to navigate. I am pretty sure that I put in the right password for my account, but it was not recognised. When I asked for, and got a new temporary password, I could not input it - the web site rejected it repeatedly. I completed and paid for my order as a 'guest', sent a communication asking how I can get into my account, and that was about 10 days ago - no reply, although I received my order really quickly!! So, no loyalty points for my £70 order and no further forward in knowing how to get into my account .... yet.... but good products and great prices.

The courier said they had delivered to my office and it had been signed for when they hadn't. I contacted customer service and they very promptly got on the case and within a day or two I had my package. Many firms would have passed the buck with an issue like this but these guys were extremely helpful. I'll definitely remember that and will order again in the future.

There's no customer service if anything goes wrong, they sent me this rating service to fill out and I've been trying to get in touch for nearly four days waiting for a reply

sorry to say that it is not really good product as much i was thinking,i just spent money to buy this 5 weeks i have been taken this but i did not get any improvment,so thats not a good product

Been using Pro-10 for a year now, they have top quality products at an ideal price and the quality is top notch. Delivery is fast and reliable and the customer service/aftercare is unmatched! Couldn't recommend them enough and I wouldn't consider anywhere else for similar products
