I have found PRKarma and its staff very easy to work with and accommodating. If I've had any issues they've been resolved very quickly. The program itself is easy to use in my opinion and makes sending out press releases not onerous. The release itself appears nicely laid out on our newsroom.

The steps to send a release are laid out well and easy to complete. I like that my contact info is saved along with my social channels so I don't have to fill that out each time. It's also handy because you can create multiple contacts and save their info.
