I initially enjoyed using PrizeRebel. The platform offers plenty of surveys, and at first glance it seems like a legitimate way to earn rewards. Unfortunately, my experience with one of their offerwall promotions has made me seriously question the site’s reliability.

I completed an offer through PrizeRebel for MrPunter. I followed every requirement exactly:

• Signed up as a new member
• Ensured tracking was enabled
• Deposited and wagered the required amount

Despite doing everything correctly, the points were never credited to my account.

After waiting a number of days to see if the reward would be credited, since there was no link on the offerwall to report the missing points, I contacted PrizeRebel’s customer support and provided screenshots, emails, and proof that all steps were completed. Their response was disappointing—they claimed they couldn’t help because they only credit points once the third‑party company notifies them. When I asked if I could contact the company directly to resolve the issue, I was told there was no way to reach them.

This is a serious problem. If PrizeRebel hosts offers from companies but has no ability to assist users or contact those companies, then those companies are free to ignore completed offers without consequence.

That’s a terrible business model and leaves users vulnerable to being scammed. It has now been over 7 days since completing the offer and still no points.

This experience was a lesson learned. There are many other rewards sites that offer similar services but provide better support and accountability. Based on my experience, I would not recommend PrizeRebel, especially if you plan to complete offerwall tasks that require deposits—you may end up losing money with no recourse.

The rewards for the surveys are miniscule in comparison with the length of the surveys. Furthermore, the length of the surveys, in many cases, are much longer than specified on the dashboard. I could pick a 7 minute survey, only to be told on the initial page that the survey will be a 15 minute or 20 minute survey, thus making the already pitiful reward even more pitiful.

Qualifying for a survey is also troublesome with approximately 15% of surveys chosen resulting in completion. However, completion does not always result in payment (one or two of their clients are notorious offenders for not paying upon completion). However, occasionally, the very responsive customer service will compensate for this.

To add insult to injury, many surveys require the laborious task of entering around 10 pages of pre-screening questions before being informed that I did not qualify for the survey. Why the answers to the pre-screeners are not cached (in cookies or server side accounts) I do not know. This wastes 5 minutes of my time and on a typical day, the total wasted time can exceed an hour!

And to top it all off, the user interface is a disgrace. Which software developer, in their right mind, would show a scrollable window within a scrollable window? That is, the surveys can be viewed by scrolling the inner window but I had to also scroll the outer window to continue seeing the rest of the surveys on the dashboard. If I had a subordinate at work who came up with this, that person would be fired on the spot!

The only saving grace is that customer service does respond to queries and therefore saves this review from being a one star review to two stars.

Legit survey site with quality surveys and service great way of making extra income

I attempt to take surveys all day and rarely get a working survey. When I do finish one and get points, I'm not compensated. There's no one to alk to to find out what happened. Very frustrating, unprofessional and disappointing site. What a waste of my time.

The surveys are nice and get great reward points for cash to PayPal the reason I didn’t give it a five is there really isn’t a way to have the account deleted I tired numerous times even changed my name nothing worked the ticket on the support page closed without notice!

When I first joined this survey,I never thought of cashing out that fast as I thought it would take eternity just like many survey sites but in a month of joining,I have already cashed out. Prizerebel is real and pays for the opinion shared.

I was able to buy myself a Christmas gift or two with the money I earned. It was quick and easy to do. Very easy to get addicted once you start earning money. You have to take your time and answer honestly. Highly recommend.

The site has numerous survey providers and they pay in less than 24 hours. It's really a nice experience.

Asked for my account and info to be deleted several months ago got an email asking why I wanted it deleted and if I used other survey sites to which I said I didn't use the site anymore and that was not their business if I used other sites and was told it would be deleted.Still getting emails and have asked for my account and info to be deleted at least three more times and it still hasn't been deleted.WTH,delete my account and quit selling my information.
Update I just got a request for my name and reference # which I guess is from when I first asked to have my account deleted in March of last year.I have provided the information now delete my information and account.
