The new website is clunky and confusing. Claims there are no test locations near me when I enter my zip code yet there is one 2miles away that doesn’t show up on the site. Tried to send me 90min away to a testing center. The tests are extremely difficult to compare, the price to build the tests if one isn’t pre existing that meets my needs is very expensive. Had a problem adding a coupon code. Overall user experience was terrible in comparison to previous versions based on using this service for 7+ years. I have referred others but they have had the same poor experience so I’m not as confident in recommending your services based on that.

A while back a friend recommended Private MD Labs to me. I had used Superpower in the past & liked them, but I wanted something more affordable that have me the results I was looking for after starting TRT. Private MD Labs is just the right place for me. The amount of tests available & the prices are insanely good! The ease of figuring out what you need was super clean. Paying only $1 to book your test is convenient for anyone. The lab at Qwest was great. I literally got 6 out of 9 test results back the very next day! I absolutely recommend Private MD Labs to everyone & will be doing a video review too!
