Alternative items sent when out of stock
Ordered hrt patches 100 strength. They sent me double at 50 as they were out of stock but didn't let me know by email. I wouldn't have ordered if I had of known and tried elsewhere as Im not happy having to wear double patches for the next 3 months. If they were out of stock this should have been stated at ordering instead of taking my £60 for a substitute
