Crap service

The only way this company could improve their service is to close down. My vehicle paintwork is now worse than before I paid 700.00 to fix. Won't return my calls...

Do yourself a favour & do not use this…

Do yourself a favour & do not use this company (if that’s what they call themselves). They charge exorbitant prices for a basic wash.
I have had better washes done at the local shopping centre. They refuse to answer phone calls to discuss the issues.
Super unprofessional service. Save your money!! Read the previous reviews, I wish I had before booking my cars in with them. Have reported them to fair trading. Disgusting customer service.

Do not touch these jokers!

Do not touch these jokers, my 18 yr old student daughter booked a detail online and paid $100 deposit without realising her dad and I had already booked with our regular detailer. Less than an hour after booking she phoned to cancel the booking, which was scheduled for the following week. She was told no, the booking fee is non refundable. I then phoned on her behalf, it’s impossible to speak with anyone, they don’t return calls, finally I got to speak with someone only after posing as a new customer, the guy said he talked to his boss but he probably won’t allow refund. He told me my daughter would have received an email and if she looked on page 8 of the terms and conditions, it states no refunds on booking fees. My daughter never received any such email, only an sms confirming booking. After reading that 80% of their reviews are one star, it seems like they have no clue on proper detailing, we’ve probably dodged a bullet on not getting them to detail my daughter’s car! Good luck with your business guys, unethical, unprofessional and seemingly completely unskilled, based on the other appalling reviews on here, dodgy operators like you give the legitimate car detailers in the industry a bad name!

Would rate them no stars if I could

Would rate them no stars if I could. Absolute doggy rip off’s. Do yourself a favor and do not use them. Do not trust there ratings on the website as they are fake, they offer $50 off for you to write and good review and make you do it before they leave. I had them come out to do 2 cars, I picked the so called “showroom” package which cost nearly $500 each car mind you. It was far from show room quality things were still dirty in some areas, streaks all over the windows, the wheels and rims not done properly. Polish has been left on the car. Have tried to call the owners several times and they don’t seem to care don’t call back or even answer calls now.

These guys are dodgy

These guys are dodgy , highly recommend to stay away from these clowns , hire them to come out and do a ‘showroom’ detail to mine and my wife’s cars , the inexperienced detailed came out at 2:40pm and did not finish both cars until around 9pm , as soon as he completed the job he asked me to check the cars out and if satisfied I can leave a positive review and he would take $50 off both cars for doing so , well I check over the cars in the darkness and found that the windows were not cleaned , polish was still left on both cars , all door seals were dirty and the paintwork felt like it had not had the fallout removed as promised , I told the detailer that I would not be leaving them a review until these items had been rectified as it was late and I had to put my sick child to bed , now they are refusing to come back and fix all their mistakes , I paid a total of $945 for both vehicles to be detailed and only received a $200 (if that)job, I will be taking this further they offer a garuntee and money back option that they are not delivering , do not get your cars detailed by these guys , you might as well take it to a supermarket detailer!!!

Poor workmanship - Refused refund for guaranteed service

I booked Pristine Mobile Detailing (ABN 91 467 846 497) for their “Showroom Package” on 6 Oct 2025 (paid $100 deposit). The company advertises a “100% Money-Back Guarantee” and promises cars will be left in “brand new” condition.

The detailer who attended missed key parts of the job, there was no engine bay clean, side skirts, wheels and wheel arches, inside door frames, carpets, and the centre console were still visibly dirty. The manager (Josh) admitted the job was poor and told me I had two options: either “cop the shit job”* or he’d send someone else to redo it. After the way he spoke to me, I declined the offer and requested my money back under their advertised guarantee.

Despite acknowledging the poor result, they refused to refund my deposit, calling it a non refundable “booking fee.” I have photos, the signed quote, call notes, and text messages confirming their admission.

Additionally, their website displays Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot “5 star” rating badges, but their Trustpilot page has no reviews at all, which appears misleading to customers.

I’ve submitted a formal complaint to NSW Fair Trading for breach of the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, ss. 60–61, 267) regarding services not provided with due care and skill and misleading advertising.

I don’t recommend this business based on the poor workmanship, unprofessional conduct, and refusal to honour their written guarantee.
