Quick onboarding, good price

Quick and simple onboarding. Good price. A woman from their support called me to check if everything works well on my side. I set this up for a guy from the local community so he can speak with his family.

I had a question about the service

I had a question about the service. No company e-mail, no terms and conditions page, no telephone number (just one that goes straight to voicemail). Seems to be a carbon copy of better-known and well-trusted websites. Personally, I'm going to avoid this one.

Hi Adrian,

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. We know not everyone loves leaving a voicemail, but it’s how we make sure every message is picked up and responded to and we do aim to get back quickly. Our company email is always available too in the website footer, and the Terms & Conditions link is now fully restored after a short website hiccup.

We’re always happy to chat and answer any questions so people can judge us based on the service itself.
