We had such a great experience with prism. Across everything, a really good guy from Restorations, good communication from the office, the building repair contractor who arrived was so professional, especially the tiler who was a really dedicated guy and did such a great job. They made everything so much easier and I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

It's really a seamless and cost-effective solution for those who want to gift the property.
My company owns a property, a rather small apartment and I decided to get into property gifting procedure to relieve the company from extra taxes that I pay regularly.
They say that minimal cost for their services is 0.125% of the entire property's value, but it may be higher. A lot depends on the complexity of your case and other crucial things.
Anyway, you jsut get in touch and then you start working on it.

i asked this guys to help me sell my property and then buy a new one.
they are believed to be professionals at property transfers, so this procedure was expected to be seamless.
nah, it wasn't and it's a big disappointment for me.
first of all, they translated documents into Arabic not professionally, it was their first mistake.
0secondly, the entire procedure was too long because of this.
maybe they are very helpful for some people but i can't state that i had an exceptionally positive experience with them.
