I hate being lied to ....
I ordered a Vietnam Veteran license plate on June 23, but when I heard or saw nothing by July 2? I sent an inquiry email. On Monday July 3, I was sent an apology email, saying that they were running behind and that the license plate would be shipped "Priority Mail," on Wednesday. (I assumed it would be, July 5th.) Then on Monday, I checked with the post office, to see when priority mail would arrive. I was assured that "Priority Mail, reaches its destination between 1 and three, business days.
I emiled the compny and told them of my concern, but no response. Then, on Tuesday, I cancelled the order and demand a refund. Simply put? I didn't really mind the wait. But when a company, blatantly lies to me? I take serious offense. ESPECIALLY, when dealing with veterans. Will look elsewhere, in the future.
