Just started using priority meds

Just started using priority meds, My meds were packed & shipped by drugstore in only a few days. Had a question why potency was not upped on month 2 & 3. Received reply pretty quick, stating have to use 3 months on lowest dose first before potency can be increased. Hope everything goes well once i receive my 3 month supply. Was using another supplier & my 3rd month vial was short on amount of fluid. They gave me a hard time about replacing vial, I dropped them & got a refund through my credit card co.

Have been pleased with this service

I received my meds within a couple days of ordering and they've been working great... Averaging 2 lb per week weight loss, which is perfect to help keep muscle mass. My second shipment has been sent, which works well as I had my last shot today and I expect it before next week. The only negative I have is the chat feature.. it does take a very long time for a response, so a conversation that should take a few minutes may take 12 or more hours to complete.

Scammers

Ive been trying to get a hold of them with no clear response!!! I smell a scam, and Im tired of scammers! They have my licence info and my credit card info. Im going to press charges

Never received shipment

I get automatically debited every quarter. Meds are OK but still have not received medicine for Q1 and now have paid for Q2 and getting all these emails saying yay your meds are on their way. But none of my inquiries as to the extra $20 charge each quarter or status of my Q1 meds are being answers. What's happening?

Received a second request for a review. NO change to status. I phoned and was told I would get a response. None. I want my money back for the meds not shipped.

Slow response time online BUT the product was arrived quickly once shipped

I had to reach out numerous times and even state that I wanted to cancel my order before my prescription was approved. It was another 48 hours before my order was shipped. This company takes your money right away, but they are very slow to send the product. You cannot get a hold of a real person - you have to send messages through a so-called customer service portal. The responses sent back are AI-generated. ETA: My order was shipped Next Day through UPS. It should arrive today (2026-04-24).
ETA (2026 -04-27): My order arrived on tye 24th and I must say that I was impressed with how well it was packed. Each vial was in bubble wrap & all supplies were in a styrofoam cooler. I updated the "stars" to reflect how well the product was packed.

They don’t have any contact information yet we got our meds from them! Mary Fox and Jeffrey Fox! Still no response to our concerns regarding being able to get ahold of them. No response to emails and phone number disconnected. We are 6 weeks in with 6 more weeks to go and they are trying to bill us!

I have had such pain trying to get them…

I have had such pain trying to get them to stop calling.

I’ve even spoken to people in support, and they swear they’ve permanently removed my phone number. But in the past 7 days, they’ve called me 9 times.

I’m pleasantly surprised

I’m pleasantly surprised and so far so good. I ordered from the web site of Priority Meds last Thursday and now it’s Tuesday, and the medications have been delivered. Honestly, I am pretty shocked. I received three months of tirzapetide for $275 per month. Plus, I received dozens of syringes, wipes and some oral tablets to help with nausea or vomiting. The vials of tirzapetide were dispensed from a reputable and multi-state licensed compounding pharmacy known as LogosRX located in Tampa. I live in Orlando. As for if the meds really work, only time will tell. I administered my first injection today and promptly put the bottles in my refrigerator. Good job to Priority Meds

Thieves

Thieves. I didn’t finish the application and when asked to send a photo of my body, I canceled and demanded a refund. No doctor was ever consulted. They kept $100 from me for an ‘admin’ fee. They did nothing! I didn’t even finish an application. Beware and please stay away from this company. Read their reviews here and BBB and Reddit! They’re taking everyone’s money! They need to be stopped and we need our money returned!

I have screen shots of conversations with their customer service and also see many reviews where they replied stating ‘fake review’. This is indeed not fake. There are many others with this same experience.

They have my contact information and have not tried to contact me at all.

Update: Trustpilot says they’ve removed a number of fake reviews for this company. Now… this company has changed their tag name on Facebook slightly. Beware. Beware.

And…. Their reply that there are a number of ‘entities’ tied to my number?! BS. I’m one person and that’s just a diversion tactic. I have screen shots of them not responding to me at all. I’ll never see the $100 again, but I will not stop letting people know about them.

Weight loss has been wonderful with Priority meds

Priority meds are amazing I have been on my weight loss journey for about a year and have lost 66 lbs. so far .I am excited to enjoy a summer thin again. I will be looking forward to maintaining my weight with Priority meds as well. The only thing I wish they would improve would be the web site, it can be a challenge, Need more information on the site.

So far I've tried to reach out to the physician 3 days ago. No response. Customer support 3 days ago , no response. I can't even get a hold of someone name Sara who was so kind and understanding. They really need help fixing this company, the reviews are terrible, between customer service and trying to reach the physician to billing! I still have another 3 months so I better not get billed again!

Very very good incredibly responsive customer service

This company is incredibly responsive. I have needed to contact them twice and both times I was surprised by how understanding, accommodating and efficient the people are.
Today I spoke with Melvin M, who finished resolving an issue I had contacted them about less than 24 hours ago. Everything resolved to my satisfaction. I am very glad my doctor recommended this company for my GLP-1 prescription.

Melvin is awesome!

I initially signed up for automatic refills, however I’ve been away taking care of my 93 year old father, who lives three states away. I meant to cancel my subscription but lost track of time until the automatic payment was processed. I spoke with your customer service representative, Melvin, who. was so understanding and sympathetic, and he was able to cancel my subscription for me. Before then, I have had zero complaints with Priority Meds, they have done everything they said they would. I hope to sign up again some day when things quiet down for me! Thank you again, Melvin!

Did not Deliver Promised Product

Oct 1, 2025 - I purchased 3 months of injectable terzepitide compound at the price of $250/mo. Total: $750 charged.
Oct 12, 2025 - Upon logging in to their site, I am repeatedly shown an offer stating that if I pay for another 3 mos. now, I will receive an additional 6 months of refills for no additional cost. I begin asking Customer Support in many different ways to make sure I understand the offer, and I save the answers I receive. I also ask about the delivery schedule and am assured in several ways that medication will be shipped out every 3 months, since it has a 90-day shelf life and should be shipped gradually (I have those convos, too)
Oct 24, 2025 - I accept the offer and pay an additional $750 in order to receive an additional 9 more mos. of medication, the last 6 mos. of which would be at no charge per the offer I received.
Oct 29, 2025 - I receive a second 3 mo. shipment of medication, 2 mos. ahead of time. I now had 5 more mos. of medication, some of which will go bad by the time I start using it. I told them and they had no resolution. I eventually dropped the subject but was upset.
Mar 25, 2026 - I am charged a 3rd time for $750 which was not part of the agreement. I immediately dispute the charge and ask about the offer we agreed to (6 more mos. for free). I receive an offer to reverse the charges + 3 mo. batch for free, even though we agreed upon 6 mos. in Oct.
Mar 28, 2026 - They reverse the charge
Mar 25 to today - I repeatedly ask about our original agreement, and the new 'counteroffer' I was sent. Customer Support begins ignoring me. They have my card on their site which I cannot remove, and I have not been sent the 6 mos. medication as promised, nor the 3-mo. new counteroffer.
I paid an additional $750 on Oct 24, 2025, for another 3-mo. batch under false pretenses, after being assured I would then receive a total of 12 mos. medication. I received 6 mos. of medication in Oct, and nothing more. I have saved all the conversations.
