Awful time keeping - not worth it

Price is good and drivers are polite. However, be aware;
1. Once you have booked meet and greet if you have any last minute changes e.g change car you can only contact the via email. So dont expect a prompt reply
2. As per instructions, we called 30 minutes ahead of arrival so driver can meet us to collect our car and we still waited over 20 minutes

Time keeping is not in their books. Would not use them again

Excellent site to book your car…

Excellent site to book your car parking. This is the second time I’ve used it and both times saved me quite a few quid if I’d booked on other booking sites. Thank you, will defo use you in the future too and I’ve told friends to as well.

Great service, would definitely use them again

Great service, very friendly and polite. They were there waiting for us when we arrived and were at the pick up point within 5 minutes when we returned.

My only niggle was the car was quite dirty and the drivers floor mat was covered mud and grass when the car was returned.

Excellent service

Excellent service - rang a bit earlier than planned at 03:20 - call was answered on first ring and driver arrived just as I’d unloaded my luggage. On return I called when I’d walked to car park and same driver was there within 3 minutes - less than 5 miles on the clock. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I followed instructions to call prior to arrival and driver was waiting for me. Upon return we called as instructed, my car was returned within 2 minutes, before all other passengers waiting for their 'meet and greet'. I found this company to give an excellent service.

Poor Service

There as lack of communication on arrival and collection. The manager shouted at me and told me that it is my error for my arrival time and I had to contact the office ti see if my booking will be okay. I tried to contact the office via email and phone and there was no response- we were 20 minutes for the airport. Once arrived the driver was not there, I had ti wait 35 minutes in which increased the car parking ticket price that I was not made aware is a cost for me. It is included from the booking. There were two other customers who were there and they had been waiting for 2 hours has their flight had been delayed by 40 minutes. They shared they were not aware they had to pay for car park either. This is kit made known in the booking. It is pricey an additional. £12 if they are their on time if not on arrival you will have to pay until they arrive.

On arrival back I contacted them as advised and waited 1 hour for my car despite then stating the driver was 3 minutes away each time. My car has dash camera front and rear these had been disconnected and the SD card removed. I requested contact of management to which I had no response. This is it the service you want when travelling it was a lot of extra stress and time wasted that caused delays in the day.

Stressful but would use again and book earlier and double check they had my booking

I was told to ring before getting to drop & go I rang for 45 mins on both my phone & daughters phone - it was dead. Arrived at drop & go, nearly just left car there hoping it would get picked up with a note on it, very stressful as had a plane to catch! - another company gave me another number, a mobile & I managed to get hold of someone who came within 10 mins but had no record of my booking - I had to show him email and then he took it straight away - this meant that the car was in drop & go for nearly an hour and the driver paying £20 to get out. On the return trip I phoned the number the day before and it went through and the return pick up was smooth & very quick. I would use them again but book a few days before & would ring the day before to make sure someone was going to be there as well as the required time before to limit time in drop off, as very convenient and cheaper than similar onsite service. I would also ask for a back up phone number, This was from Bristol.

Mis-sold meet-and-greet parking

A bit unhappy - purchased meet-and-greet at terminal 2 Manchester, only to find out when we got there that they don’t actually offer meet-and-greet at the present time. The staff at the airport found our reservation and let us use the multi story parking instead, which we usually avoid due to narrow spaces and other careless drivers. However, at least we got parked and the car was unscathed - it was just disappointing to be mis-sold something.

I appreciate this doesn’t excuse you not receiving the service you wanted but this is out of our hands sadly. We were not made aware of any staff issues as we would have paused the sale of the product were that the case. I hope you will retain faith in our business and hope to see you again.

Cancellation and refund.

Booking the car park at Bristol online was quick and the amount paid was reasonable for a 19 day parking. Paid the extra Cancellation Cover for peace of mind.
Unfortunately because of the recent COVID situation we have had to cancel and that’s when it gets difficult.
Tried phoning 07399602502 and 07803029976,both non - recognised numbers. Emailed cancellation to Prioritybooker too but still waiting for confirmation and a refund.
In my opinion, very poor service !

I’ve requested your reference to track your booking as we did cancel and refund a ‘Will’ recently and that was the only open query we had, but I cannot presume that is yourself without confirmation of your booking ref. Also this 2 star review came through less than one hour after that customer service email did, so I would be surprised if that was your booking! We are great as customer service, but few companies can resolve all queries within an hour! Thanks
