I gave them the location info for the map, but they did not print the location on the map. Contacted them and they said their printer does not print the location on the map. I sent them pictures of maps on their website that should the location (Chili's, Cheese Cake Factory etc.) but no response. Horrible company. Total scam!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I emailed them asking for a revision to an item that I purchased mere hours after purchasing and was denied any revision to the item. They stated that “6 hours” was the cut off. Well, I was 6 hours and 1 minute when I sent the email and it was also well past hours of operation. I will actively advocate against anyone purchasing anything from this company going forward when there are many other viable options to choose from. The customer service is absolutely horrendous and they do not care.

Product never arrived. Sadly, I suspect this is a scam company.

This was a Christmas gift, so I was especially excited to receive my package. I was never issued a tracking number and when I contacted printyourplaces, they tried to give me the runaround, telling me that it was “on the way.” It’s been a month. Be warned. Save your money, don’t fall for this scam.

This company is a joke. I ordered this for my wife for Christmas. It took 2 weeks for my order to get here and when it did it was shattered. They packed it in a cheap plastic envelope. They said they would replace and that was 3 weeks ago. Still have nothing. Wish I saw this site sooner. They quit answering emails. Total scam. Zero star rating is too good for them. -5 more appropriate. Stay away!

This has got to be the worst company on the planet….I paid for “express” printing and “express” delivery. Here we are at day 3 of the “expected delivery date” and nothing. When I saw they were using UPS I was hopeful it would be here by this Christmas, well maybe it’ll be next one, or New Year’s Day….Neither UPS nor USPS have clue one as to where my package is. This company needs Chick-Fil-A’s work ethic and Amazon’s speed. I have sent emails that have gone unanswered….There is no way it takes this long for a package to get from Georgia to Texas unless they used Pony Express or a bicycle messenger. if I had read these reviews beforehand it would have got my wife something else.

This is a fraudulent company. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and paid for premium shipping. The company won't respond and also provided a bogus tracking number that USPS can't verify. Stay away.

Well, apparently I should have come here before I purchased. I haven’t even received the maps yet but I’m already completely dissatisfied with the service. Like others, I’ve been ghosted and paid the express manufacturing fee but it took over a week for the product to be created and have a shipping label created. I have my doubts that the product has been made yet and I don’t expect to see it anytime soon. Hopefully I’m ok with the quality…I’m worried now after reading what others have written. What an amazing idea that is poorly implemented. Would highly recommend you learn from our collective mistakes and not purchase anything from them.

Edit: the package has finally shipped, over two weeks since I ordered it. Continue to be thoroughly unimpressed.

Edit2: package arrived today…with two nearly identical plaques. Date and text on one plaque wrong. Reached out and they say they’ll talk to their supplier and get another one sent out. I’m not holding my breath that it will be correct.

On December 7th, 2022 I placed an order after calculating the times (an adding the express printing option) with the wish to receive it for my wife's bday 8 business days later. To my absolute disappointment, although they stated that the item is ready to ship on Dec 13, 2022 it was in fact only shipped on Dec 19, 2022. Needless to say that if you are a business that his sole product focuses on special and memorable events, you should have better customer service and be more CS oriented. Despite me sending them numerous emails - I received no response to date. As this has lost the surprise effect, I no longer need or want it - I would likely dispute it with visa.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
My order never arrived and support doesn't reply.

These people are scumbags. I made an immediate cancel request and they refused it, charged me anyway, sent me total garbage and refused to refund it, then charged me a restocking fee. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They got the location wrong despite me giving the correct address. Super disappointed considering how much it cost me

Wow. Ok, totally wrong date and location that doesn't exist in my country. I HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET THE CORRECT DETAILS. It's not a scam, but they will not actually give you the correct product. 90$.

Do not order this product. The quality of the print is blurry, faded and the actual location referenced on plaque is not displayed anywhere... This is NOT worth the money.

When stating the location I stipulated a cafe where I first met my wife.
It appeared on their drop down list of locations.
Having paid the hefty price, additional shipping and customs tax, the plaque arrived with no reference to the cafe requested.
Having emailed, explained and even suggested alternate images, I have heard nothing! No apology, no fee to refund, no explanation. Nothing
This has quickly turned out to be the worst purchase of the last few years and I would urge anyone, to think more seriously than me, before wasting your money!
Over priced, plastic plaque with minimal scale, black and white, hardly legible mapping…. A useless piece of expensive junk!!

Ordered months ago and nothing! Took money right away and no email and no product three months later!

Just a scam!!!!

After ordering a plaque and base stand, both items received were damaged and was of horrible quality. The map and the writing were both blurry and the map was so bad that the point of interest was not even on it. Customer service generated a replacement map which didn’t contain the level of detail seen on Google or Apple Maps which I asked for. They wouldn’t even allow me to proof the map beforehand. They also insisted that there wasn’t anything wrong with the stand despite sending them pics showing otherwise and refused to refund or replace it.

I will never purchase a plaque from them again. The quality is very poor and they do not believe in customer satisfaction and refuse to stand by their product.

I was shipped someone else's product. I spent to months trying to received the correct product, this was a month after the anniversary I had ordered it for. Received numerous emails apologizing it appeared to be an automated response, yet I never received the correct item. I ended up charging the transaction back through my credit card company.
