Ordered in November, no tracking, no delivery

Ordered in November, lead-time given was 5-7 working days so delivery should have been the 2nd of December at the latest (excluding the date ordered to ensure i am being fair). no tracking given, just told that delivery was going to be on the 25th of November, nothing arrived. Sam promised a refund on the 5th of December, nothing received. Was told the delivery was in my home village on the 5th of December, then received tracking info on the 9th of December showing that it didn't leave the Netherlands until the 6th of December. Sam has told me the 1st package was lost and another sent out, but no tracking exists from the 1st package, so i simply don't believe it was even sent or lost.
Continual changes, no updates, impossible to contact by phone, i wouldn't believe anything they say and have still not received my order.
