This company was a dream to work with. Real people, sending personalized emails to my questions. Our non-profit organization was getting ready to send out a large Every Door Direct Mailing (something none of us were familiar with) and they helped us every step of the way. Great turn-around time, friendly to work with updating the proof to make sure everything was correct and not cut off, and the stickers are bright and beautiful!

I have had multiple things printed. WHat I love is that we can go back and forth quickly with the proofs and they fix minor errors and make it right for NO EXTRA CHARGE. Other sites will nickel and dime you. I just received my order today. Way better than expected as usual. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Customer for life here.

I am very disappointed with these 10,000 cards. After I placed the order online, I called and requested a quality check, a white glove check, before they were shipped in order to make sure that the file was placed on the printer correctly, that the vertical file was centered. It was not. The last three orders that I have received from PrintRunner were done perfectly. I am very, very disappointed that this wasn’t as well.

I am very pleased with the result of the order I placed. Not only was the price exceptional, but the quality was actually better than I expected. Also, my order arrived a week earlier than I expected it to. I will be ordering from this company again.

I ordered custom business envelopes on 11/17 and received my order on 12/9. I contacted them within minutes of receiving the order as it was absolutely unacceptable. It looked like the custom envelopes were stuck in the machine and scraped to hell and back. Completely ruined and unacceptable order. Not to mention they were shipped loose in an envelope? Even though this was brought to their attention on 12/9 when I received my order, I was promised help "within 24 hours." 5 days later they told me they'll reprint the order, and here we are TWO WEEKS LATER and they're only just now shipping the replacements. This company is not to be used again and I highly recommend everyone go to literally anywhere else.

the color specified was reflex blue, as was the image transmitted and proof approved. The envelopes received were so light print (due to insufficient ink used) that they would not have been usable if the deadline for sending was not so imminent. With less than half the ink used that should have been, a refund of half the order cost would be appropriate.

Not happy with this company right now. I recently reordered a product, and realized about 5 minutes later that I had already ordered same thing less than a month ago. I sent an email to customer service, who has always been quick to respond, asking to cancel the order and explained the situation. A week later I get the product in the mail. Makes me wonder if their customer service doesn't check their email anymore, or if they chose to ignore it. There have been some minor issues with labels that I have ordered also, after not having any problems for the last 3 or 4 years.

Easy to get, helpful staff. Shipping took a long time though.

None of the stickers are cut all the way through so to get the backs off them it’s incredibly hard and we’ve ruined so many stickers getting them off.

Got my flyers quickly and they look great. Happy with the service!
