My order was fast and very convenient to make. I ordered with a strict deadline (Christmas!!) and my order made it to me even a few days sooner than expected. The customer service was thorough and did a great job following up with my order. I ordered the postcards with the intent to use them as recipe cards and they worked flawlessly. I would be more constructive, but I really don't think I could have had a better, more satisfying experience.

The ordering was not clear. I ordered custom carbonless form books. The pricing was per page not per book. I thought I had ordered 200 books not 200 pages, so I only got 4 books. It looks like they have made a change to the ordering and have made it more clear. I also would have liked to have print on the cover but they could not do that. Wish I could use them in the future but not being able to print on the cover is disqualifying. Shipping was fast.

Good service with responsive customer support

Overall, my experience with Print PPS was good. I received my customized forms quickly, which I appreciated. There was an issue with the printing on the initial order, but I contacted customer service and spoke with a representative who handled the situation promptly and professionally. The issue was corrected, and the replacement items were sent out very fast. I was pleased with how the problem was resolved and the responsiveness of the team.

Good way to make/design your own business cards yet as one that isn't super creative it was tough, yet they made it easier. They had good options for a picture to put on the card, nice font choices & format well that could have been a tad user friendly yet I figured it out.
Again user friendly for a person like me before I got them in the mail like actual size & yes i was able to view yet it didn't seem THAT small for font. The print was small- so small that I had to reorder them ...redo them. I lesson learned yet wish it was easier. Not sure how they could have made it "dumby" easier.

Product was great and it was easy to order. Will purchase more.
