Once I figured out how the design tool worked, it was pretty easy to navigate. I understand desire to get things out quickly but a lot of the top pages of our pads were smudged (about 1/4 of them). Since we pay for them, and give them out to customers, it would be good if they were all usable pages

The customer service was amazing, always answering very quickly and helping me throughout the entire process.
The order went very smoothly and I received my product quickly.

Being new to ordering these type prints it was nice that Designer Eric Carson emailed me to tell me about an error I had made that would have ruined my designs. He was friendly & professional and the courtesy email was much appreciated. I was able to send the corrected measurements & my new product turned out wonderful.

I ordered the wrong size of form and was advised of the issues with my choice so was able to place order for the size I really wanted. Thankful it was caught before forms were printed so saved me in the long run from having to reorder and pay more.

They knew exactly what I wanted even though I thought I couldn’t explain myself. I learned that what I wanted was notepads 2-page collated. They were delivered according to what they had scheduled for me. I loved my notepads. I highly recommend this company!
