Never received order

Never received order, had to report fraudulent transaction to my bank. Company posted fake delivery tracker on USPS. Just learned that a company is impersonating printnest.com under the pseudonym printnest.co. Therefore, my bad experience is not the fault of printnest.com. I was scammed by the impersonating company.

Avoid Printnest!!!!!

Avoid Printnest!!!!!
The quality is terrible and the product looks nothing like the photos shown on their website. The printing is poor, colours are off, and the finished item feels cheap and badly made.

Customer service was just as bad. Unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the quality issues.

This was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend Printnest to anyone.
The guy Ricky won't answer my emails re a refund.

I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift…

I ordered a blanket as a Christmas gift for my husband & didn't receive it in time. When I checked the tracking number, it said that it was undeliverable & sent back to the carrier several times. I emailed Printnest & it was taken care of professionally, quickly & kindly. I definitely recommend this company. It was refreshing to work with one that actually cared & took care of the problem instead of giving me the runaround like so many others. Thank you again, David!

This was my first purchase through Printnest and it definitely won’t be my last!! David went above and beyond with the customer service!! I purchased the Oasis blanket and I’m more than happy with the quality!! I’ll be ordering the lamp next!! 😎😎

I ordered a lamp for a family member…

I ordered a lamp for a family member for Christmas. The lamp shade detail was amazing! Unfortunately, the lamp itself was not working. The Printnest support team was extremely helpful and worked quickly to get the problem sorted out! Their kindness and efficiency has been so wonderful.

Actually I wouldn’t give it any stars, I have never received my package that I ordered on Dec.5, 2025. They sent it by using a fraudulent shipper. They told me they have contacted the shipper and I should get it in a few days but, I’ve never gotten it. You can’t talk to a person and they rarely answer your texts and nothing is ever resolved. I am filing a fraudulent charge with my credit card company tomorrow. BUYER BEWARE!

I placed a big order recently and all arrived very timely and in good shape. There was a small mistake in the order but Printnest responded very quickly and shipped out the correct merchandise. All products are great quality and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer!

Printest actually made a stressful holiday situation, less stressful.…

I ordered a lamp for my son for Christmas, and it accidentally got sent to the wrong address. The support team at Printest, specifically David, took care of the situation with alacrity, kindness, and at zero extra cost to me. (That alone felt like a Christmas gift!) When the package arrived (yes, at the correct address), not only was it quality, my son loved it. I will definitely be working with Printest for my next gift!

My blanket came quick and is wonderful

My blanket came quick and is wonderful! The quality is great but I do want to point out it is lighter than expected. It is great for those who live in warmer climates. After ordering, I realized I needed a bigger size. I emailed support and they personally got back with me. The order had shipped but they offered me the bigger one at a discount. If all service could be this good! 👍🏻 👍🏻

Great Springsteen blanket

We ordered a blanket that, due to an error by USPS, was delivered to the wrong address (in the wrong state). Customer service response was excellent. David quickly shipped us another blanket at no cost that arrived before Christmas. And the blanket looked and felt great! Will definitely order from them again.

I greatly appreciated their follow up…

I greatly appreciated their follow up to my inquiries about the arrival of my package. Although it took longer than expected, I wasn't rushed for it, just was worried something had happened to it in transit but they were able to track it and reassure me that it was still on its way and they have since followed up with me to ensure all was good! I love the personal attention and the product I received was great too! Thank you!

Amazing service

I don’t know where to begin this review .
There are so many nice things to say about printnest -it is allot to comprehend.

Let’s just say that in my 60 years of living I have never ever dealt with such a wonderful company like printnest .
In addition to the outright purchases(many) there are are people like David and Ricky . KUDOS TO THESE TWO WONDERFUL FOLKS.

Both were so helpful and kind .

Speaking of the merchandise at printnest I was going through my “shop” orders and did not realize how much I purchase_
Blanket
Mugs
Lamps

Since most were Christmas and Hanukkah gifts - everyone loved their gift!

I want to sum up by saying how this will not be my last purchase from printnest.

What a great experience I had with…

What a great experience I had with customer service. I wasn’t sure if my order was received so I reached out and quickly got a response. Because of my inconvenience (actually my confusion) they gave me a discount code to enter. Since that was such a nice gesture I decided to give them a 10% tip and placed my order before using my discount code. When I wrote back letting them know I placed my order but forgot to include my discount code, I got an email telling me they applied it for me. I can sincerely say I have never had better customer service online in my life. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again!

I had a mixed experience overall

I had a mixed experience overall. While the company attributed the delay to USPS, it did take about 8 days after placing my order for the package to even begin moving, which was frustrating—especially when ordering with a specific timeline in mind.

That said, once the delay continued and I brought it to their attention, David, Patsy, and Ricky handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. They did everything in their power to help, including urging the carrier to expedite the shipment and issuing a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. Their customer service truly made a difference and showed that they value their customers.

I would recommend ordering well in advance if you’re on a tight deadline, just to be safe. With that in mind, I appreciate how thoughtfully the team handled the issue once it was raised, which is why I’m comfortable giving four stars.

Exemplary Customer Service

In September, I had ordered a Grateful Dead canvas lamp for my wife for Christmas. Upon opening the gift, the specialty bulb the lamp requires did not work.
I emailed customer service and outlined the issue. Within a day I received a response from David informing me a new base for the lamp would immediately be sent to me. Mind you, this lamp was purchased 4 months prior to Christmas and I did not even have the order number. No questions asked, no hassles, David was prompt in responding, professional and remedied my issue to my unexpected satisfaction. While I have recommended Printnest products to my friends in the past, Davids exemplary customer service gives me no hesitation to recommend Printnest knowing the customer comes first.
