Easy integration! Just fill out some info to connect your platform (Online Store), create a product, choose mock-ups, select title, quantity and click "Publish", it's that easy! I connected Printful to my eBay store and needed to adjust a price on one of my items and was able to do so via eBay's "Revise listing" option without any problems. Also, Printful does a great job at fulfilling the orders and delivering them to your customers! Highly recommend.

Weired Japanese translation, which makes us even more confuse. Update: editing the PNG image change nothing on BASE and the BASE website. Still need more changes to clear CSS/ux on Printful.

All good, great integration for my Etsy account, and great customer service Printful has.

After using printful for years, they are turning into a full on 100% scam. While they advertise fulfilment times for specific products, they do not care about them at all. "Diane" at the support chat accidentaly revealed that they have their own hidden fulfilment times that are much, much worse than what they openly advertise at the fulfilment status page. Your orders will be delayed with no information, updates or explaination and you won't be offered any solutions or remedies. They will not care about your business or their own advertising claims. Their support chat is worse than AI bots and will copy-paste the same information. Absolutely do not use printful!

I’ve used this site for many years and have always been a happy customer. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing.

Last week I had a major issue with a custom-designed hoodie. The product my customers received looked nothing like the mockup shown during ordering. When I contacted Printful support, the response was slow and not very helpful.

After finally reaching someone, I was told that the mockups are only “illustrative” and that the result was considered “as expected.” In my opinion this is quite misleading, because the mockup suggested a completely different result. Unfortunately, this meant there was nothing I could do to fix the prints or resolve the issue for my customers.

Up until now I’ve had good experiences, but this situation was handled poorly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought some company hats last year and sent perfectly. They emailed me about needing to approve a small problem with no problem at all. Now this last December I ordered more with the same hat and same logo. They sent me a horrible design that I can barely make out with 20/20 vision... and yes they sent the same email to fix a problem. I asked for a replacement with photo proof of the new versus old hat. Took 2 months to get a outcome that they aren't going to replace or refund. Will not be using this service anymore for our business.

I found the tshirt design function excellent, as well as the range and the prices looked good.
However, I ordered in bulk and no discount was applied. Additionally the goods were held at customs (which I appreciate is not printful's fault) and an additional £151 added to a £400 order.
This made the cost disproportionate to the value of the tshirts and had I been aware of this, I would have ordered elsewhere.
There is no phone line to contact for order queries so it was difficult to contact the team when my order was delayed printing due to procedural requirements at Printful's end.
Overall, this resulted in quite a stressful t shirt order, that left me out of pocket and needed painstakingly checking through every stage from payment to receipt.

I am currently using Printful to design my print-on-demand products, and the experience has been great so far. The design interface is very user-friendly, making it straightforward to create and set up new items, and looking forward to seeing the final results!

I'll be honest — there's a learning curve with Printful. But once you invest the time to understand how it all fits together, the platform is impressively well thought out. The interface is clean, the product range is extensive, and the mockup generator makes building a professional-looking storefront genuinely enjoyable.
I'm a musician, and the whole point of this store is to keep me on stage rather than driving taxis — so automation isn't a luxury, it's the plan. I'm entirely self-taught on the IT side, and piecing together a Wix-ECWID-Printful stack has taken some serious time and patience. But here's the thing: Printful is the piece that's actually making it all work. While the other parts of the puzzle required a lot of head-scratching, Printful has been the most logical, the most reliable, and frankly the least frustrating.
For anyone in the creative space who needs a merch solution that works in the background while you focus on your craft, this is it.
Still early days, but the setup experience alone earns five stars.

Yet again, with Printful, I'm having trouble getting support.

Currently, I had another issue to pop up with a customer over pin buttons stating they did not receive all 5 buttons and only 4. They took a picture to show this, which I then sent over to Printful a week ago to look over and here it is Wednesday (March 4th, 2026) and I've still haven't received a response back on about them fixing the issue. The customer has been waiting, myself as well, for this to get fixed and no response from Printful. Classic.

I just can't understand why the support of this huge company is so poor??

I just need to get help on this incomplete order issue so the customer can then be on their way.

Please help.

Used for many months with no problem. Customer had some issues and when I attempted to resolve with Printful, had an absolutely horrible customer service experience. Would NOT recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could leave a 0, I would I ordered a Large tshirt with custom printing as a birthday present and an x/s turned up. I complained and was told that's what I ordered and the basket showed a Large in the design I printed still in it. I explained there must have been an issue as I only made 1. I was shunned away by their customer service and told they weren't to going to do anything? I was then ignored totally in my next 2 emails to them to try and rectify this amicably. If I could've give them a 0 rating I would have, One of the worst customer services I have ever dealt with, absolutely appalled tbh! Will never use them again as I explained this was a birthday present and they were totally unwilling in helping rectify their mistake.

It was easy integration with my ETSY shop. Fast & convenient. It helps to create more designs in my Shop.
