Mostly it works well, but there are some issues with synching featured images of products. Also group publishing runs into errors, like displaying all colors instead of only the ones you select.

Helpful videos and a pretty easy diy style set up. If you have any issues through Printful. Just search it and should pull up or a way to it. I love it

This integration is so much easier than the marketplace with TikTok and Amazon.

i did a whole design and it didnt save !!!! 3 TIMES!!!!!! I EVEN ADDED IT TO THE CART. im so sad..... i am never going to try this again my business is over :( bye bye business. and its all your fault PRINTFUL

It made experience for selling. It is good t-shirt design app

It was a horrible experience. The uploading of my brand graphics was super easy as was the ordering of my three proof items. The items said they would ship between September 25 and 28. On the 29th I reached out to them at Printful. They said evidently the goods got lost in pre-transit and they would refund the money to my Printful Wallet. Levi told me I could immediately reorder the proofs and they would be shipped. When I went to reorder, the 20% discount and free shipping were no longer available. I reached back out to Levi who told me I would need to wait until next month to get the 20% discount. He didn't mention if I would get free shipping. And this is the initial order of the proofs to see if I like the product! I said refund my money. Levi said I would have to return to my Printful Wallet and withdraw my funds. Not good.

UPDATE: Although Printful said they would contact me, they have not. I've decided to use another supplier.

This works better than the Gelato integration. There is less manual entry required with Printful.

Printful: Intuitive POD store setup, easy integration with Etsy, and excellent quaility especially DTFlex products.

Just started using, so it's early days. But so far I have no issues, and I already have items up for sale on my Squarespace website.

Printful is a great company for new business people who would like to start a clothing brand.

After two years of using Printful, I am completely done with the platform due to consistently unacceptable turnaround times and customer service. Printful routinely advertises production times such as 2–5 business days, yet I have repeatedly had orders take 12+ business days to print, with little to no accountability when those estimates are missed. When an order is defective, delayed, or lost in transit, customer service routinely argues the issue, tells me to wait, or offers a replacement that can take several more weeks to produce and ship. This is not an occasional issue with one product or one order; I have experienced the same problems consistently across multiple products over the past two years. As a small business owner, I cannot provide my customers with reliable delivery expectations when my fulfillment partner's own production estimates are routinely inaccurate and there is no meaningful remedy when they fail to meet them. The convenience of Printful is simply not worth the repeated delays, unreliable timelines, and lack of accountability.

I sell on Etsy and use Printful for fulfillment. The product quality is good, but delivery has been a big problem for my store. One of my orders was lost in transit and had to be reshipped, so my customer waited far longer than promised. Several other orders have shown no tracking update for days, and some orders are still pending with no dispatch or tracking information.

When I contact support, the reply is usually to wait longer, which does not help when customers are waiting and complaining to me. This is affecting my shop's reputation and reviews.

Printful needs to improve shipping reliability and communication. If delivery gets better, this could be a great service. For now, I can only recommend it with caution.

Good start to T shirt design and selling

Like the print on t shirt but dont like it takes longer to ship then printify. Had to talk to some one on chat just for them to tell me it maybe monday before the order gets shipped but lucky it did ship on Sat.
