Not great very disappointing!

Waited for ever for it to arrive and so disappointed when it did!
Quality is fair to poor, the likeness of my photo was rubbish and the request to change the t shirt colour was ignored. It looks nothing like the pictures on their web site and is very misleading. Not worth what I paid ! The edges are unfinished and the surface was scratched, marring the overall effect.

Ordered a personalised gnome

Ordered a personalised gnome, admittedly I didn’t read the description that says acrylic stake but the picture is of an actual gnome so you believe that is what you are getting. To receive an acrylic stake was really disappointing. Looks good but not as advertised and way to much money for what it is

Wrong Item, Not as Advertised, no refund/exchange

Ordered an item with embroidery, and instead (months later) got a cheaper version with no embroidery. Request for refund/exchange has been pending for a long time with few and slow responses and no action. Item advertised as shipping from US (expected maybe 7-10 days) but actually took closer to 45 days and came from China. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I received the wrong size

I received the wrong size, youth large instead of men's large. I barely get any information on how to return the item or get a refund. This is the worst experience I've had when it comes to returns/refunds. I did receive a reply an refund on 4/29/26, thank you.

70th Birthday gift

Ordered a t shirt in January 2026 as a gift after several emails asking for an update I received an email 03/04/26 stating order will be processed immediately and the ticket number complaint will be closed !!! No doubt will need to start a new complaint in the next few weeks. Do Not Go Near This Company…….

I ordered a comforter and never received. $83.54 Tried to dispute the order through PayPal! The delivery should that it was delivered to a parcel locker and Cocoa not my address! Stupidly I read the FAKE reviews on their website .
Ordered an acrylic picture 08/02/2026 , paid £6.99 for premium postage and they also added a random 0.96 charge also .
Total £33.90 .
Received 01/04/2026 with premium postage.
Product is ridiculous , cheap , unlike the website completely different . It is so terrible I cannot not gift it to the person it was meant for .
I should have done my due diligence and checked trust pilot . They need investigating for the reviews on their website .

Poor quality item and long wait for delivery

I ordered a plaque for my husband. It is pictured, seemingly on a 3D stand with the sweet couple from the movie, Up, sat on a 2D bench. It’s personalised with names in the balloons. It looks beautiful on the site.
I ordered it on 6th Feb but it didn’t arrive until 19th March.
When delivered I was really disappointed. It is just a 2D plaque and not as pictured. Also, the printing of our names, is not sharp and being quite small, isn’t fully clear.
I left a review on the site itself, as all of the reviews on there, are 4 and 5 stars. Well, I was unhappy with my item so rated it 2 stars but, my negative review does not appear on the site at all. I tried to leave photos of the item too, but these could not be added as they would not save. I wish I could add photos for people to see as the site is so misleading. All I got was a thick 2D piece of acrylic with the picture pasted on.

Ordered two shirts size XXL

Ordered two shirts size XXL, they were more like 5xl or 6xl, a very long wait for delivery and the sizing was so wrong. The site offers free returns or exchanges however after waiting over a week for them to respond via their messaging service they replied they sent the right size and would only offer a £10 refund as a goodwill gesture (the two shirts came to £40) or a £10 credit or 10% off another order and you could keep the shirts. What an absolute con, wish we had thought to check Trustpilot before ordering!

Not a UK based company & they do not dispatch from America

I bought a personalised plague from this company, The website makes it look like they are in the UK so being in a rush i placed the order, After a couple of weeks i hadn't received anything so went searching, I realised that even though they make the website look like its UK based the carriage shows 15 days from America, Thinking that's OK as at least its not coming from China only to discover that the item has been dispatched from China & after 2 weeks it hasn't even left China yet, Several emails later & I'm still no further forward in getting my item, So not only did they lie about where the company is based they have also lied about where items are being dispatched from, Like others i should have check trust pilot but didn't, LESSON LEARNED....
