The album was damaged during the shipment. After contacting the customer service and sending a photo of the damaged album, I received a new copy quickly and without much hassel. Really appreciate it!
Very Nice calendar for à good price. But the delivery was a bit long.
I had informed the relevant service that I hadn’t received my item and a couple of hours, I received it.
I appreciated the efficiency and the accountability of the service I had contacted.
I am very satisfied with the received item.
I recommend without hesitation this company.
Why do we have to pay a postage fee for each article, even though they are exactly the same, done the same days, and sent at the same time ?

Took rather a long time to arrive and was smaller than I expected.
I have been ordering calendars for several years at Printerpix for my family. To pay for my orders, I usually use coupons “Groupon”. But, this year, I forgot to mention the quantity of calendars. So I just received one calendar A3 instead of 5 calendars A3 paid. Thanks to Lisa David, I finally received all my calendars. She was very understanding and nice.
WRONG item received and MANY emails I've sent are completely ignored.
Phone number on their site isn't real.
No live chat despite it saying they have.
This company is absolutely arip off merchant.

I placed an order on August 4th for a 100-page photo album that was meant to be a gift. I realized there was a problem with the format and wanted to modify my order. I tried contacting Printerpix by phone in multiple countries, but every line says they no longer answer phone calls and directs you to the online support page.
I submitted multiple support tickets before my order was prepared and shipped, but I was never contacted. My order was marked as shipped, but as of August 27th, I have still not received it.
This company urgently needs to do better. With no working customer service and so many unresolved issues, it seems only a matter of time before trading standards or consumer protection authorities in different countries audit their practices.

I am writing another review to let people know how Printerpix deals with negative feedback and reviews. You will get a generic apology email which they hope you will take no further, they promise to put things right, which they do not, I have not seen anyone getting a refund from them, I have been trying for over 4 weeks, emailing their customer support and head office, they are ignoring me now!!! Absolutely diabolical customer service!!! You might get a lovely apology from Joey offering to put things right, don’t be fooled it’s a scam!!!! I’m seriously furious now
