Excellent customer service
Was a little disappointed when printer didn't arrive. But when I called them to find out what had happened,the helpful Young Lady sorted it straightaway,by sending another one out. Excellent customer service by this young lady.Good to speak to someone who knows what to do.

Very Happy with all the ordering and online process

Very happy with all the online contact and the ease of ordering.
Very helpful site, person at other end had no issue with being asked what could be taken as silly questions and was on the ball with all the information I requested.
I will have no hesitation in ordering from Printernet again.
Delivery.
Not quite so happy.
The only thing I have an issue with is the state of the box when it was delivered, this could possibly be because I delayed the delivery by two days and it went back to storage or got moved around the van for an extra two days.
The Box was ripped at the top corners and very dirty with oil like skid marks on the bottom, not nice to be bringing this into your premises.

Brother printer ordered 1 May 2021. All fine. Just wish recycling service was offered
Brother printer ordered 1 May 2021 arrived on time. Price was most competitive. My one criticism is that Printernet does not offer a collection for recycling on old printer like Curry's does. I dont mind paying extra for it. Would just like to have the option
