I am very happy with Print Klex products and with their excellent service. Products were shipped very fast to Malta.

Very good customer service experience. The cartridge I ordered didn't work, but I only got round to emailing them about this more than a month after I had placed the order. Even so, they responded immediately offering to replace the cartridge and providing free return shipping. Very professional and friendly.

Toner XXL is really XXS. Print Only cca.800 pages of documents. They promised that will print 3,600 pages.
I sent the toner back to the seller, when he was tested was found to be empty!

I stayed without money and without XXS toner :(

Do yourself a favor and buy your printing supplies elsewhere!

I bought 4 toners for my business on a fixed price "auction" on ebay. But only after making sure that they would/could deliver 4 black toners despite the auction being a full CMYK set. The order confirmation did indeed also look fine (4*black). The ebay checkout was messed up because of MwSt issues - but this was solved eventually (no gripes there). Took them quite a while to find the PayPal payment but OK...

Eventually they shipped a CMYK set – unfortunately not the promised (and acknowledged) black toners. After a lot of emails they agreed to cover the return shipping (like they should!) of the three color toners. They received the toners and the shipping invoice in June. After that they've been alternately "investigating", asking for documentation (again!) or ignoring me. Now it's December and they seem to accuse me of falsifying the documentation I've sent them. Simply appalling behavior from a "German" business...
Bottom-line: Don't try your luck with Print-Klex.de! In my humble opinion they should not be allowed to run a business at all.

PS: TrustPilot and Ebay (and others with serious/valid interest in the case) are welcome to see the communication I've gathered. Print-Klex have "threatened me” that they'll keep my emails "for proof". Fine with me, I have nothing to hide here... Out of context I would find some of my mails a bit rude. In context I think they are more than justified!
