Very professional kind and helpful I found the price extremely competive

Never again will I insure with this company. Took out my bike insurance which was roughtly £400 which was a good price.. I called up to cancel my policy 4 months in as I had sold the bike to be told to cancel it would be in excess of £170 charges leaving me with minumal refund despite only having the policy 4 months. I was due a refund and then also told i would have to wait 60 days to get it!!

Trying to add a driver on a temporary basis (10 days) to my campervan policy.
Day 1 ....2 hours on phone still 19th in the queue. Gave up!
Day 2 eventually managed to reach customer services.They can only add a driver up to the renewal date and would charge £90.00 + as well as £60+ fee for admin update to policy on a temp basis. Really???? Unbelievable!!!
This policyholder won't be renewing.

If you're a new customer you will have your call answered within three to four minutes. if you're an existing customer expect to be waiting a minimum of one hour only decent member of staff I have spoken to was Kerry at customer services, when speaking to several other representative it sounded like they was running a creche, literally kids screaming and running around by the sounds of things. Never had to claim with them really makes me laugh when on hold it will tell you several times we understand that time is money if this is the case you owe me quite a lot of money for the wait times absolute joke!

Did not receive any policy documents for my insurance and cancelled after 6 months. Have emailed four times and tried to speak to customer service on the phone in order to get a pro-rata refund and keep getting pushed down the queue. My guess is they don’t have enough people to handle all the calls.

In summary - they don’t answer emails and you can’t get through on the phone to customer service. Thank heaven I never had to make a claim

Great cover for a competitive price. Good but not great communication.
After taking out their insurance, the only documents they asked for was photos of my licence. It wasn't until I called to confirm they had received them, that they told me they needed a copy of my NCD. After I did this however, communication regarding my documents has been good. One other thing, it took over 60 minutes before my call was answered, despite a voice recording telling me it would be under 2 minutes.

Won’t let you manage account or login online. Then don’t answer the phone. They automatically make you auto renew. So you can’t cancel etc! When renewal is due they try to have as little communication as possible you you don’t cancel. Total scam

Very bad customer service, phone wait times are too long.

They were very easy to deal with and gave a good qoute for my bike. I ma very happy with experience and professionalism.

Started a policy with this company for a motorbike, paid £272 deposit and then 12 days later they wanted £104 as a first payment with a further £99 payment to be made all within the first month of my policy starting, when challenged they recommended that I cancel my policy and give me a refund of £220.01.

Very good and very easy to get insurance

This morning I spoke to one of call center staff her name was queeni, This staff member was amazing, in fact more than amazing, she was so polite, understanding, credit to the company, queeni went above and beyond, it's a shame that there are more companies out there with the same customer care that queeni showed today would def give 10 stars if it was possible

Customer service is terrible i have sent out two emails in the last five days and no response, i tried ringing but on both occasions had to hang up after 45 minutes. I have had a policy accepted but have no insurance certificate. They may provide cheap insurance cover but customer service is non existent buyer beware!

As multiple others have said, absolutely impossible to get through on the phone despite multiple attempts to cancel the 'automatic renewal' that they have put on my account. I have sent an email to them confirming I wish to cancel the automatic renewal but can't imagine I will get a response. I will speak to the bank about blocking payment. Total scam.

Abysmal service. I hung on the phone for 3/4 hour this morning and again this afternoon. I have auto renewal on one of my bikes which I have sold. If I don't speak to them they will automatically renew 7 days prior to renewal date. Don't use this company. They don't answer the phone

Scammers I cancel insurance same day what i bought, they charge cancellation fees and dont sent me back my deposits For me its 1 star service stay away

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I was on an hour before finally being able to speak to someone about cancelling my policy.

The best part is when I cancelled my policy after being insured since November there wasn't any refund as they added cancellation charges and broker fees wiping out the £200+ I should have received.

Don’t always go with the cheaper option for insurance.

After 15+ of trading with insurance company's this one has got to be the worst so far. AVOID!
Great price to begin with but as soon as you want to amend your policy they give you a ridiculous price. After paying in full for the insurance to begin with i needed to take the deal.
Then! I had been send a auto renewal which did not renew leaving my vehicle uninsured!
After being on hold for 40+mins i got put through to a rude employee that told me i have been contacted multiple times (yet he had no record) as i told him i always answer my phone he also said they have tried to email multiple times (yet i had no emails from them)
Even if in future this insurance company is the cheapest i will avoid and pay more just out of "PRINCIPAL"

Absolutely pathetic. Called them today to talk about new insurance. A guy picked up call after 7 minutes. took some details and transfered to some other dept. for next 40 minutes i could only listen to piano. Seriously? You lot think people are dumb and free all day? Dont get into their trap. They are absolutely horrible. I can see where this would go after purchasing insurance. horrible company, ludicrous service. A BIG FAT NO.
