Missed my delivery first time around, I messaged the company and Ben helped me to rearrange a delivery date and I got my parcel on said date. Very much appreciate the help and care that went into helping make sure my order arrived!

Fast shipping. Spoke to a ‘Matt’ (I think) on the phone and he was very polite and helpful as I was a little bit lost. Would purchase from this company again.

Came the day after ordering

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND OLIVER PRINCE
we are a multi occupancy building and DPD has delivered to the residential side and NOT the business as per the address and the instructions even though it has the same GPS. Multi occupancy buildings are not unusual. I have supplied picture evidence that the delivery is not the business. Oliver Prince is refusing a refund or a replacement, he does not prioritise customer service or evidence. Therefore has chosen to profit on my money and I DO NOT have any goods. HE IS A FRAUD DO NOT USE this company! He will take your money. Oliver Prince I hope you enjoy my money whilst I have no goods.
