PRIMEX CANCELED ALL MY PROFITS (20000…

PRIMEX CANCELED ALL MY PROFITS (20000 USD)!!!

After few weeks of trading I received an email from PrimeX Capital with the information that all my profits has been canceled based on their terms and conditions. I was surprised and disgusted by this information, as I opened and closed all trades manually without using any algorithms etc.

So I asked Primex Capital for an explanation about this situation and they replied to me that my profits were canceled because I was using a data-center/VPS. I've never used such tools so I contacted Primex Capital again explaining that and their response was that the cancellation of profits had nothing to do with using a data-center/VPS and that the profits were canceled based on their internal regulations. They didn't provide any specific reason after all and replied that they would have no further comment on the situation.

I am warning everyone about this broker!

: PrimeX Capital - Unfairly withholding $101.38 profit and banning account

I am a university student from Iraq (Account #5531177). I made a legitimate manual profit of $101.38 on Gold. My withdrawal request (#254037) was rejected based on "IP similarities," which is an unfair technical excuse for students using shared internet (NAT).
The company officially debited the $101.38 from my MT5 balance on Jan 17th, but refused to pay me or return the funds. After I escalated the issue today, they permanently banned my account to avoid paying my profits. This is a clear case of fund detention and unprofessional conduct. I have all the screenshots as proof of the profits, the debit, and the final ban. Avoid this broker!
