Twice ordered an item that is showing in stock. Twice I had to follow up weeks after paying. Twice I had to ask for my money to be refunded.
The item is still showing in stock today!!

Do not use this company.

ordered almost 3 weeks ago, no correspondence, no tracking and no delivery, but sent weekly emails from the company to rate the product really disappoint. Have sent enquiries to whereabouts of product via contact us page and Instagram - no response.

They make great products but lousy Customer Service. I paid for an order, still waiting 4 weeks later and they haven't responded to any of my 3 emails following up. Very disappointed

I feel compelled to share my negative experience with Primewolfwear. I placed an order on December 4, 2025, and I still haven't received it. I've sent numerous emails requesting an update, but they have not responded. I spent $234 on this order, and I find it unacceptable that the website and Primewolfwear are handling customer service so poorly. This has been the worst experience I've encountered with an online store.

If anyone is considering purchasing from them, please proceed with caution. You may end up in a situation like mine. Please be careful!

I am exceptionally happy with the service. Unfortunately 2 crop tops were way too small and it took a few weeks to hear back but was well justified due to technical issues within the emails. Primewolf was exceptional to rectify the issue and honoured my exchange going above and beyond, which I greatly appreciated. The next size up were a perfect fit which I'm thrilled, as the design and quality is excellent. Thanks Primewolf, really appreciate it, quality products and service.

Ordered from switzerland so the package took a while to come, but everything is perfect, the products are great quality

The white jumper I bought was a medium but seems more like a small and does not fit, same with the pants.

Great product and really affordable

I got track pants and a sweat for my husband and got myself some crop tops to wear to gym and my husband has been LIVING in his track pants and the crop tops are all I wear now to gym.
The quality is great, material feels nice and soft. They were quick with shipping also.
I will be purchasing more - I need more colours 🥰

Can’t rave about Primewolf enough! The communication from the sales team was amazing! They were happy to answer all of my questions, followed by fast shipping, I was blown away. The product quality was impeccable, the leggings were exactly what I was after and my partner lives in the trackies! I’m looking forward to placing another order ASAP!

Staff are great with their communication. I needed to change the size of the items I purchased and they were prompt with organising it and sending it my way again. Online exchanges are a hassle usually and it was a breeze with Primewolf.
