It is already annoying that aloth of serie's and movie's are still payed even with a subscription, it is still somewhat understandable because the amazon combi stuff.
What really is the deal breaker is that you need yet another sibscription to have no ads... if you pull a stunt like that, then just split amazon prime and prime video and just keep it ad free this is just downright stupid.

Paying for Amazon prime and having advertising on tv.

Have been trying to log in to my account for two days now. At first I had to write an ‘OTP’ code which was sent to me by email, fine. What wasn’t fine is the fact that when I entered the code (without error) it told me the code was wrong. After having been sent an additional two codes, it finally worked, only that my account now was ‘Temporarily locked’ because of ‘unusual activity’. I then have tried to create a new account with different logins, that doesn’t work either, still because of unusual activity. It only tells me to ‘contact customer service’, well guess what? YOU HAVE TO LOG IN TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not much help is it? No official way to contact them either, I just want to watch the creed movies, why does it have to be so hard???

Horrible service. We pay monthly for Amazon prime then they want you to pay more on top of that so they don't flood their programs with adds.

You'll find a show you like, (pawn stars) to only be disappointed to find out they only have a couple of episodes of the series crammed with there own ads. This show ran for 21 seasons and made 675 episodes.
This is a good example of corporate greed. Get out of the streaming business because you suck at it

not able to log in. tried firefox and brave browser. i got past the part where i gave them my credit card number, then confirmed with my bank 2fa, but then they give me 404 and the process stops.

at this time i don't know if i'm paying or not and i'm not able to check because i can't log in. they give me 404 continuously.

If I could leave no stars i would. Wanted to try and continue watching an episode and it has taken 15 minutes of ads to find where I actually left of.. i have had an account for about 10 years. This will be the last year of subscription. Nothing too much to choose from.. watching handmaid's tail but I can also get it free woth Channel 4.

Always blurry — you have to buy your subscriptions separately. This streaming service is slow, and the picture quality is so poor it’s hardly watchable. These issues happen daily, despite having a fiber internet connection. I don’t experience any problems with Netflix, Apple, or Hulu. After months of dealing with the same issues, I’ve removed all my accounts as of today.

Volume is terribly low. Video overlay is permanent sometimes and interrupts the viewing experience. Compare to any other site. They also don't have any option to give feedback so you can't really trust them to fix it either.

coincidence or "compliance" ?
over the last few weeks/months prime video works maybe 50% of the time - otherwise one or another problem and one cannot use it.
however, the last weekend shockingly my mailing address became invalid. no reason. just invalid. then 24 hours later ordering works again. incompetence? arrogance ? hard to say - but this is getting out of hand.

Well, were do we start ? Is the fact I signed up to Prime to get add-free videos and now hear: "this video will continue uninterrupted after this (add) break" or is it the point where Besos is gurning behind Trump the tax-dodger on his little victory podium ? Really cant choose. So I'm out.

You pay and get commercials. Before you finish the film you selected, a new film begins chosen by amazon. I decided to write this review because i cannot get to see the end of the movie (the mission). It seems to be simply impossible to get to conclusion text, forced by advertisements and automated amazon new choice. Why would anybody pay for a half movie with ads

The last 3 items have just been thrown onto front doorstep . No attempt to ring the door bell and somehow the last two have not shown on ring bell camera . Having complained on line you get to learn it would seem they too short of time to ring . They say handed to the customer. No photograph …. Amazon don’t offer a Prime service if you can’t delivery that’s very poor.

Prime video was once a top streaming service but they chose to fulfill their greed driven egos over content for subscribers, ADS are their priority now and a subscriber has to pay extra to remove the already purchased interference of ads by advertisers. Horrible loophole just to protect their egos!

Very disappointed they charge so much money and still show us that buy without add subscriptions as well if we want to see ad free movies this very bad. Netflix is way better then the amazone prime.

I have to pay to have the app and then I also have to pay to watch the movies, you are basically stealing from people and I have had enough of it I go to watch a movie on your app that I have to pay money for and when I search the movie up I have to pay for it, it is ridiculous. The movies on prime that you don’t have to pay for are stupid and nobody wants to watch them. Either I pay for the app or I pay for the movie you need to change this it is getting out of hand.

Totally unprofessional functionality. I signed in to my account in the browser including SMS OTP. When I pressed "play" for a movie the Prime App was opened and I had to sign in again. Entering the OTP was impossible because it said that I had received too many OTP on this day. I had received 1 (one!) TOP so far. It was impossible to start the movie....
